Radiography rubric
people who’ve gotten into the radiography program, how many points did yall have on the rubric? im already signed up to retake my ap1 for an A instead of a B. my only other B is college algebra but im trying to do everything in my power to not have to retake that class😭 here is what it’s looking like for me.
ap1: B
College alg: B
Engl 1301: A
Intro to rad: A
Took both gen psycology and my fine arts credit
additional a&p courses:
intro to a&p: still not sure what my final grade is because my professor hasnt made it visible, but i wanna say worst case scenario i got a B in that class.
No a&p2 (yet)
Hesi score: 81
vocab & knowledge: 74
science: 68
math: 80
according to my calculations: im sitting at a 34.5. not good😪
so what would everyone that has already been admitted to the program advise me to do to bump my score up? i do plan on retaking the hesi in september and i definitely will start studying for it this summer.
Intro to radiography
Does anyone know if this is offered over the summer? I’m trying to apply for the spring cohort but I do not have that class! Any insight?
When is final grade submissions due for instructors?
Hello all! I just finished two of my prereqs for the MRI program, class end date was May 8. I must submit my application to the program by June 1st. How long do the instructors have to submit the final grades? I've been waiting but I know it takes time sometimes, but I am feeling anxious lol any advice is appreciated!
Radiology acceptances
OMG EMAILS ARE GOING OUT TODAY!
Just got mine I got in!
BIOL 2301/2101
I’m applying for the fall 2026 radiography program and I’m stressed because I feel like I don’t truly know how many points I have. I have a B in anatomy 1 lecture and an A in anatomy 1 lab and I was told they take the average. So is it basically just a B overall when they take the average of those two grades?
Radiology program rejection
Hello everybody! I applied to the Radiology program at San Jac and sadly got rejected :( I have a 4.0 GPA, 88.8% HESI A2 score, and no degrees yet. Do yall think I will have better luck if I reapply for the 2027 spring semester? I took Anatomy and Physiology II this semester and got a B. Please give me your thoughts! Thank you!!
Humanities/Fine Arts
Easiest Humanities/Fine arts class to take this summer and what professor would you recommend?
Radiology Program- Applying again
Hello again! Can someone who has been accepted to the Radiology program at San Jacinto after being rejected tell me what they did differently when applying to the program? Did you retake classes, retake the HESI, or take bonus classes like A&P 2? Or did you simply just re-apply? Let me know!
ADN Admission Rubric
Hello! I am currently working on my pre-reqs for the hopeful admission into the ADN program but I have a question.
Am I done for? I made mistakes back when I was first starting school and dropped 4 classes (2 history related and 1 chem and chem lab). I know this means I don't get any points at all for that section of the rubric.
What's about the lowest they'll go before they start rejecting? Could I retake the classes or would it still count as a withdrawal?
I'm kinda upset because I feel like I shot myself in the foot 🫠
Radiology Tech 2026
Question for Spring 2026 and Summer 2026
Did yall find out exactly at 2 weeks post application close date whether you were offered or rejected ? Also was it morning or afternoon 😅
LVN-south campus
Has anyone here done LVN in south campus or knows of anyone who did? Did you/they like it? I would love some insight on the program. Thanks
