I just got a job in the Fort Lauderdale area and unfortunately have to move. I do have a lease here that I need someone to take over for me. It is a 2/2 by the intersection of daniels and 6 mile. Really good location and I loved the place. I lived here for almost 3 years now and if I ever move back will absolutely move into this apartment complex again.

You will have a roommate, 27M, and the rent is 1600 + utilities. We split the rent 750/850 with the larger room paying more. Current roommate is open to taking either room. You will just have to pay your rent portion and $250 security upon move-in. Room is available starting May 1st and lease ends Feb of 2027.

I have prior experience in retail and light administrative/dispatching type work, but would be very interested in learning how to do automotive detailing or pressure washing work.

I need minimum 30 hours a week, and minimum $16/hr, can start immediately and would be happy to send a resume!

Anyone know if there’s a pickle ball club or courts that a lot of people go to near FGCU. i live in naples which is big for that but i don’t feel like driving back and forth all the time.
