RY48ZTR100 Lithium conversion help

Summary: Requesting parts list and link to installation instructions (video preferred)

Well it's that time for me. My ZT 480EX batteries are dying. Even when I charge it coninuously, when I start it up it only show 70%. I can get about half my 1 acre lawn done before the blades turn off at around 30%.

Looking to do what I think should be a single 48v lithium conversion? Not the handiest of people but I can follow instructions.

So I'm asking for help for what to get and where I can find instructions on how to do it!

If there's any other crucial info i may be missing in this lot let me know as well.

Help with short

I just completed my LiPo hangover and the instruction here and with Youtube were awesome. But I have some sort of issue with a random short. At first I thought this was the contactor ( I can hear it clicking) so replaced it today, but I still have an issue.

I can hear the click when turning on, the head lights will work, but nothing else. If I dance around a bit I can get it running but this may have been happening before the battery changeover and I blamed it on the batteries.

In replacing the contractor there was a blue wire on the right side that I did not pay attention when removing so I put it on the right side terminal before bolting everything back.

If I get it going it continues to run until I turn it off then same thing.

Any ideas

my mower blades turn on for about 5 seconds at 99% then shut off. i charge it to 100% and it will run for 5-10 minutes

i’m assuming my battery’s are bad so i ordered lithium like everyone is saying. this was the closest one i matched to the original. has anyone ever used this battery and charger? is it more then likely that i do need battery’s thats why its acting up? or did i waste money on this?

swapped to lithium ion battery. it turns on and everything works but it will randomly not turn on and you have to manually disconnect battery to “rest” it back to life

does anyone have any ideas?

I really done did it this time boys

I snapped off the bolt that holds the blade when I was doing a deck clean and blade swap. What’s that plan? Sadly it looks like this bolt is connected to the drive shaft. Smh. Please help. I got to get her back up and running asap.

Okay- had this 480e since 2018 and love it, mostly. Swapped the batteries twice. Today I did the DC Powerhouse LiPo swap. Easy swap. Power all looks good. Just can’t get the blades to stay on for more than a couple seconds when I start moving. Any suggestions?
