how can I resize my grid to fit my map?

Im trying to make my grid align properly with my map, mainly looking at the bottom right hallway fitting 2 squares across and the red room above it fitting naturally. moving the map snaps into positions that dont align properly and Ive tried changing grid and page sizes but nothing has done it so far, any help?

Can you rig dice rolls?

Hello! I know the title might sound bad and that my next question might sound even worse but… is it possible to fudge or rig dice rolls to fail?

For context, I want to kill of my character but I’m deathly afraid of flat out asking the dm if I could change characters since this would be my second one and the first time around it was already a huge hassle. So because of that I would like to discretely…. Kill of my character by purposefully failing death saves. Is there anyway this is possible)?
