Where do y'all think rohtak is going to further develop sector like residential areas in the next 5 years?

Having lived in sector 1 basically all my life, we are deciding to move out of here and looking for places where there might be development in the future.

Can't really live in colonies having lived in sector, we are thinking to explore near the DAV area, or the area towards jhajjar road just near Delhi bypass. What y'all think?

The company prefers sending USD, not INR via Wise, so the recipient can handle the conversion with their own bank.

Has anyone found a cheaper/better way to receive USD remittances in India under salary/consulting purpose codes?
