Looking for a freight forwarder for a project

Hi! I'm starting a private sourcing business for a community in France.
I'm currently looking for a long-term partner to handle my logistics. I will start with small test shipments (around 5-6kg) to check your service quality, QC photos, and delivery speed.
If everything goes well, I will move all my clients' orders to your warehouse.
I wanna precise that most of the goods will be branded goods.
Questions for you:
Do you offer DDP (Tax Free) lines to France?
This is mandatory for my project.
What is your volumetric divisor? I need the best one to be competitive for my business.
What is your insurance policy if a package is lost, damaged or seized?
Let me know your best rates for 5-6kg or your price per kilogram.
Thanks!

Forwarder holding my shipment hostage and requiring extra fees— advice on how to compell her to release my shipment ?

My situation:

I purchased a medical ultrasound machine (DUS60) from a manufacturer in Xuzhou, China. Before shipping, I sent Ms. Minnie Yang from Shenzhen Qcyt Freight Forwarder Co., Ltd a pdf description of an equivalent device (in the description it clearly stated that the product has a rechargeable lithium battery) and I put her in direct contact with the manufacturer so she could ask all necessary questions about the product, packaging, electricity, battery, etc.

After speaking with the supplier, she confirmed a shipping price and I proceeded with the shipment. The machine was delivered by my supplier to the address she provided, which is her company's warehouse in Shenzhen.

Problem:

Two days after receiving the machine, she suddenly claimed there was a problem ("the product is electrified") and started increasing the shipping cost.

I demanded that she sends my product to another forwarder whose address I gave her: she refused to pay the return delivery fee even though she's responsible for changing the terms of our agreement, she refused to create an invoice on Alibaba so that I pay for it.

I created an SF Express return order (Waybill: SF0229794611374) to send the machine back to the original supplier. However, she claimed she was that according to her company's policy, she is the one who has to apply for a pickup order and my supplier has to pay for it.

I told my supplier I would pay him so he could make the payment, he called her but she required some extra fee (about 100 rmb, not much but not right).

She is currently holding my machine hostage in her warehouse in Shenzhen, even though I have not yet paid the shipping fee and I am willing to have the machine returned to the supplier.

This situation is causing me serious financial loss and delay.

I would like to know:

What legal options or other action I can do, to make her release or return of my goods. Please go into details.

Thanks for your assistance.

Balenciaga Tape Logo Tee: Retail vs. Top-Tier Rep Full Breakdown

I’ve had the retail Balenciaga tape logo tee for months, and just picked up a highly recommended alternative to compare side-by-side. Let me break down the details:

  • Print: The tape pattern is identical—same opacity, slight faded texture, and alignment on both the front logo and back “BB” mark. No blurry edges or off colors here.
  • Fabric: The heavyweight cotton feels exactly the same as retail, with that soft, worn-in hand feel you can’t fake.
  • Construction: The distressed neckline and raw hem are perfectly replicated, with the same uneven stitching and fraying details. Even the ribbing matches retail’s stretch and texture. This is easily one of the most accurate Balenciaga reps I’ve ever seen. The attention to detail on the print and distressing is insane. Attached photos: Close-ups of the print, fabric texture, neckline distressing, and hem.

Loewe Paula's Ibiza Thistle T-Shirt: Retail vs. Top-Tier Alternative Deep Dive

I picked up both the retail version of this Loewe thistle embroidery tee and a well-reviewed alternative, and I’ve been comparing every detail under the sun. The embroidery is the star here—every stitch on the thistle flowers and the interwoven Anagram logo matches the retail’s density, color gradient, and placement perfectly. The cotton fabric has the same soft, premium feel and drape as the retail piece, with zero cheap sheen. The ribbed crewneck, the stitching on the hem and sleeves, even the tag placement and replica hang tag are spot-on. This is easily one of the closest recreations I’ve ever come across.
