Thinking about buying a 2019 Jayco Jay Flight 24RBS for $10k for out-of-town work. I’m new to RVs, good deal or red flag? Anything specific I should check before buying?

Pricing Sanity Check Needed Please!

I am based in Alberta Canada and looking to buy used from Facebook Market Place. Every listing seems to be at leaseat 5K if not 10K higher than wold JD Powerhouse states is market. Are people really paying these prices? For Example, currently wanting to purchase a 2015 Jayco 25BHS. Asking price is 24K CAD/17.3K USD. JC Powerhouse recommends 10K. Would I be a fool to give asking?
