🏡 The Property Deed for Todd and Alexia’s house in Miami Beach 🗝️

🏡 The info that we were waiting for is here🥁. The property Deed was recorded on 4/29/26 for Todd and Alexia’s house in Miami Beach at Ritz-Carlton Residences that was purchased last week. The Deed is public record in Miami-Dade County’s records. As many of us speculated, Todd’s name is the only one that’s on the Deed as the property owner. It’s listed as “Todd Nepola, a single man”. It isn’t in the name of an LLC or Trust. Florida deeds state the marital status of individuals for property purchases that are in their own name. I’m in Florida.

Todd doesn’t want Alexia and her kids to have any legal rights to his Assets. He giveth. He taketh away 😅. Todd’s daughters are probably rejoicing 😌.

There goes Alexia’s dreams of owning a home with Todd 🤭😄. I mean, sure it’s possible they could have a legal agreement that provides her with access to specific funds, housing or other Assets of some kind or a cohabitation agreement, but you get the point.

Michols from Southern Hospitality defended the girls on WWHL tonight saying how important it is to have Hispanic representation. He asked Andy where Miami is to which Andy replied saying “it will be back” I am hoping they bring the show back soon after seeing all the backlash for canceling it

Genuine Question: When will filming pickup again?? Why don’t I hear they’re currently filming?! Please?!

I’m on season 6 of 7 and literally can’t stop. Now I’m hearing all the Lisa/Lenny stuff still and I want follow ups on everyone else too please!!🙏 Does anyone know why they stopped filming? When is it coming back? What do I need to do to get them back???

deep sadness over the show not continuing at the moment

Hi everyone,

I wanted to create a space here in this thread for anyone else who is genuinely upset by the show being put on pause.

For me, Miami has always been my favourite franchise since I was little. When I was little I loved the aesthetics, the culture and I felt closer to the glamour and culture of Miami vs the other franchises in the early bravo years.

When I heard it was coming back I was ecstatic. Seeing Miami, the visuals, the way they dress, the latino culture representation, and in my opinion, the aesthetics, was all something I looked forward to.

Does anyone else feel deeply sad (maybe not deeply sad, but like sad, sad-sad lol)?

🏡 Todd and Alexia bought a House yesterday for $5,250,000 🤑

🏡 Per this article: https://therealdeal.com/miami/2026/04/24/zach-witkoff-sells-miami-beach-home-to-todd-alexia-nepola/ that was published yesterday, Todd and Alexia bought a Villa at Riz-Carlton Residences in Miami Beach for a purchase price of $5.3 Million. The sale closed in the MLS for $5,250,000 on April 24, 2026 with Todd representing himself as the Realtor in the purchase.

As we know, Alexia IS NOT leaving Todd now that they’re back together😄.

I also checked to see if Todd still owns the Condo that he bought at Porsche Design Tower in 2024 for $4,200,000. The property Tax records show that he still owns it and hasn't placed in on the market for sale or for rent. It will be interesting to see if he sells it or keeps it after buying the property at Ritz-Carlton Residences.
