Best RC Crawling Spot in the Petaluma/Sonoma area

Hey everyone! This is my first ever post so I apologize for any mistakes. Im here to bring attention to a new crawling and offroad RC spot. I just found it a few days ago and since Id been here last, the creek has changed it a lot. Its now got great terrain and materials for RC crawling. Theres even an area that would be perfect for Traxxas Slash/Arrma Senton type vehicles.

I post this hoping others will begin to use the spot and hopefully help improve and build it. I have just today started building a crawling area and I will include pictures of that. (Note I am not an experienced crawler or track builder, my setup is a home modified Danchee ridgerock with some nice tires and thats it.) I could use some help from people who know the sport better. I dont have any friends I crawl with so Im doing my best on my own. (Im only an hour ir so in but I plan to make a decent little area and continue to build from there.

Overall the area is great, its entirely in the shade under the 101 at the south end of Petaluma, the water is even deep enough for some RC boats Im sure. The only issues I see are, lack of parking (essentially just a coldesac), and its in a river bed, so it may be a seasonal spot as it does see some heavy flow during the rainy season.

Heres the spot: 38.1856629, -122.6007757

It should take you to very south Petaluma where it meets Marin County. From there youll get to a Coldesac and walk along the bike path under the freeway.

If youre coming out consider bringing some nature friendly building materials and obstacles. The dirt is easy to dig and theres water nearby to help compact.
