I must be confused right ? They can’t think this is poutine ? It was right under the sign (second picture) that says traditional poutine.

Supposed to have beer braised beef, gravy, curds, fries, radishes and parsley. It had the beef and the fries and pickled onions

In Montreal too. "Let's cream some of it into a sausage making machine with whatever and sell it! These hipsters will buy anything these days!!!...” Not today but maybe on 4/20.
