Anybody noticing that the points aren't reloading daily for subscription users? I paid for the monthly 20 dollar subscription and I noticed that I had not renewed and there's no counter. Is this a new update? If it is this sucks and I will not be waiting monthly for something that used be given daily.

Okay something that recently happened with my AI Storys. Is that I'm now forced to branch out story's far more often now. For the first time ever I get the message. Input is too long for requested model. For story's that are shorter now. Any one know if Poe changed it's limits now?

I was pleased to see Gemma 4 available as an option for bots but it turns out Poe isn't offering a reliable source for Gemma 4. Even though the source is Google, it's a 0 cost offering that is rate limited. Trying to get it to process 40,000 tokens results in a rate error.

Can we have a pay version for longer requests? It seems short context requests go through but longer ones get rejected. Poe used to offer short and long versions of models.

Age of LLM making AI models fight each other in a strategy game (now in 3D)

Hi ! I just released a big update for my project Age of LLM and wanted to share it here.

Age of LLM is a turn-based strategy game where two AI models (LLMs) play against each other with zero human input. Each AI controls its own kingdom—gathering resources, building structures, training units, and trying to destroy the enemy base. It's basically Age of Empires but the AIs are the players.

The game mechanics:

  • 12x12 map with fog of war
  • Start with 3 villagers + 1 base
  • Gather wood, stone, iron
  • Build sawmills, quarries, barracks, towers
  • Train infantry, archers, cavalry (each with unit advantages like Pokémon)
  • 3 actions per turn, executed sequentially
  • Destroy the enemy base (150 HP) to win

What's interesting is seeing how different models approach strategy. Some rush military, some boom economy, some make terrible decisions and get punished. The comebacks can be pretty wild.

The big update: 2D → 3D

The game was fully 2D before. I just rewrote the renderer to make it 3D. Same mechanics but visually way more satisfying to watch. There's also more content coming:

  • 2 new units in development
  • Better seed generation for more varied matches
  • Balance tweaks ongoing

Roleplayers, Question.

Given the fact that Poe decided to take off 3.7, What do you use for some great responses? I've heard Opus is really good with emotional depth. And so is Sonnet 4.6 but my gripe with 4.6 is the whole " Thinking of a response " introduction. I dont know how to take it off.

I used the Poe web search and I liked it a lot because it showed links to references that helped make its answer, however recently it got deprecated…? What else could I use on Poe that does the same?

Search history/chat

Hi all,

Is it just me, or is it true that you don't have a search option in the Poe app to go through previous chats? I don't see a search option anywhere in the history tab. Only in the explore tab.

And that's really annoying, because sometimes you just want to find the answer to something you've asked before. It something very easy and reasonable to have, but I don't see it.

I use Poe on an iPhone on iOS 26.5.
