Is this PR?

I went to the doctor and she said it was PR. I have a herald patch under my breast that was small then got bigger, then I started getting these spots all over my legs. The spots are now all over the back of my thighs, legs, stomach and back. And now it’s slowly spreading to my arms. I’ve been misdiagnosed before with other issues and am really worried that this isn’t PR. It itches like crazy even with the topical steroid I’ve been using.

Help needed pls
I’ve had this since around January now , I saw that it mimicked syphillis and was extremely worried however testing came back negative . Went to derm who said it’s Pr due to scaling . Been prescribed lotriderm and benovate rd ointment which clear it up but as soon as stop it returns . It’s really difficult to get a gp appointment and I’m not good medically so would like to avoid a biopsy . Is there any tips I’ve seen online tanning beds help , I’m due to go away next month and really want this gone .

The first picture is what I assume is the herald patch around belly button I also had a sore throat in December which I read relates .

i originally believed i was having an allergic reaction, but the allergist i went to upon hearing my symptoms was very confident that i had PR. while i don’t doubt that, i feel like my symptoms don’t exactly emulate the ones i see here. what do you guys think? note in these pictures i used a flashlight to better highlight the rash because i am of a darker complexion that renders the rash almost invisible on my arms on camera without it. second picture is a picture of my back/side where it all began.

Does this look like PR?

This was after using permethrin because the doctor thought for a while it was scabies, but it just made it worse. It did start with what looked like a herald patch on my foot, then after a couple of weeks it spread to the rest of my body, apart from my face.

Hi everyone! I’ve seen a lot of recommendations about using a tanning bed to make the rash go away faster but I haven’t seen any details about how to go about it.

  1. are you applying anything before going into the tanning bed or is your skin supposed to be dry? Does anyone know if tanning lotion makes it worse?

  2. how long are you going into the tanning bed for and how often did you go before it cleared?

Thank you!!

This is me 2 weeks and a day in. The patches started fading when I started tanning and then I was worried about the spots elasticity not returning back to normal. However today I woke up and all the patches were peeling like you see in the picture. I think this is the final phase. What do you think? Has it happened to anyone else?

Noticed the “Harold” spot about 3 weeks ago wasn’t anywhere else until about 2 weeks ago now it’s spreading so fast. Pretty sure it’s pityriasis roses as it doesn’t respond to any anti fungals. What yall think
