Coming up on three weeks since I called and started the warranty process as my igniter on my almost a year old 850DX went bad. They said they were out of stock but the shipment was on its way to them. At this point I am considering just buying a third party one but not sure if there are differences in the models and/or what’s the “best” one to get. Hoping for some input or advice here. Picture if my favorite snack I usually smoke a batch of every few weeks.
