Hello, I recently decided to kit bash my old bootleg kits MG Barbatos and Epyon, I only used bosny paints but using that no.40 white sucks, nagccrack yung paint and tumatagos padin yun red ng epyon kahit nisand ko yung parts, Im not sure if kita sa pic pero yung white parts ng dragon "head" at wings. Yung sa tail whip naman gumamit na ako ng flat white ng bosny and in 2 layers okay na siya.

Ask ko lang po, gagana po kaya yung mga paint remover na nabibili lang sa shopee, iniisip ko baka kasi masyadong "light" yung plastic nitong old kit ko baka matunaw or maging brittle. Gusto ko po sana irepaint yung wings, inassemble ko na lang muna para makita ano pedeng itsura.

Bought a FG gramps and surprised myself with outcome. This was supposedly a color accurate challenge since the FG is so devoid of color accuracy or any color for the matter lol. Then with the first hit of the bosny primer grey hit a creative spark entered my brain and did a "statue" instead.

Anyways, here's the weathered rx-78 status. Thoughts?

Well, this is a bit of a stretch 😅. This is not an official form and there is no direct way to do this. With a use of sticky tact, I was able to attach the extra parts from the original MG Zeta Gundam 2.0 to MG Grey Zeta Gundam.

It was only possible for 10 seconds. Sticky tact can’t handle the weight of the shield and hyper mega launcher for a long period of time.

An RG build for a HG price.

Just finished the Percival. I got this for just about USD16.00 where I’m from.

Lots of under gated parts and I had to address some few but minor fit issues that required some sanding and gluing. Also not a fan of sharp pieces (my fingers hurt now) and the joints feel tight so I won’t change the pose every few months like what I do with some of my favorite Bandai kits but overall it’s a unique and enjoyable build. It was a pleasure to panel line and the details from the extensive parts separation is amazing, which makes the water slide decals that it came unnecessary. This non-Bandai kit also forced me to pay closer attention to the build, which I haven’t done in a while given how familiar we can get with Bandai’s plastic. It felt a bit like building a kit for the first time.

Not sure what would be the best top coat for this though. I’m thinking maybe satin so that maybe I won’t have to mask the gold parts on the body. Suggestions would be appreciated.

It’s definitely worth more than what you pay for. Highly recommended!
