Howdy!

I’m planning on proposing to my girlfriend in Central Park on June 13th. We’re coming in from Texas, so the trip itself isn’t exactly cheap, and I’m hoping to find a photographer who’s earlier in their career, an NYU student, or someone looking to build their portfolio.

My budget is probably around $350–400 max. I know that may limit my options a bit, but I figured it’s worth asking!

If you’re interested or know someone who might be, leave a comment and I’ll reach out. Thanks in advance!

Does anyone have any recommendations for an outdoor photographer to take pictures of my 5 year old for their birthday? I’m thinking of a location like Central Park, or if the photographer has a preference, any garden or nature heavy locations. I’m very flexible. The photo shoot I’m hoping to occur in July or beginning of August. My child is mildly in the spectrum, so a photo session may take a little longer than normal, so a little patience is appreciated. Any recommendations are appreciated!

Project type: Photo culling.

Budget: Around $300–$500 total, depending on the time the project takes to complete.

Description:

I’m looking for help culling around 10,000 photos (I know, a lot!) from a recent trip down to roughly 500–1000 selects. I’m a hobbyist, so the quality varies quite a bit, but I’d love to find someone with a good photographer/editor’s eye who can identify not only the strongest images, but also ones that may not be obvious selects but have potential after light editing.

The photos are already organized by location, and I’d like the final selects to stay organized the same way.

Due date: Ideally within 2–3 weeks, but flexible before mid-June

Location: Remote. The files are currently on a hard drive, so I can ship a duplicate drive or discuss cloud transfer.

If interested, please send over your availability, rough estimate, and any portfolio/work samples if you have any that you think might be relevant. I’d likely start with a small paid test batch before moving forward with the full set.

Thank you!
