Reopening my cell phone repair shop after a few years—what tools/equipment are absolute game changers?

I’ve got years of experience but want to level up efficiency this time around. Looking for tools, machines, or setups that save serious time and make jobs easier—price isn’t really a concern if it’s worth it.

What are your “wish I bought this sooner” tools?

So long story short, i have a old notebook screen, and a phone with a broken screen, can i connect one to the other, I know that I could make the screen into a external screen, and then connect the phone to that, via USB or HDMI, but i wanted to know if there is a way to connect it directly or in a easy way kinda
