Looks like Street Cart announced their re-opening
Hard to keep track of how many times they’re re-opening at this point

Has anyone heard anything about something new coming in to the old iron hill location on bridge st? It makes me so sad that it has been empty for so long.
Hi folks,
Is there a local store in the Phoenixville area that sells fedoras, pork pies, news boys, and other assorted bald dome protectors?
Not interested in a chain/the KOP mall.
Im going to miss parts of Phoenixville but I can’t wait to move out for one reason:
If you live downtown you likely pay for a quarterly or yearly parking pass that enables you to park full time in the municipal lots.
I get home from work around 6:30 every day. Doesn’t matter if it’s a Tuesday, or a first Friday. It’s a fight to the DEATH over parking spaces. I just want to go home 😭
PSA- if you see someone chillin in the lot, they’ve likely been there a while waiting for someone to come along and move their car. Don’t be a POS and snake their spot just because you can get there first. Have some respect and wait for the next one.
Rant over. Thanks for reading!
Hi Neighbors! There's a new development planned for the corner of Gay Street Bridge and Vanderslice. The Planning Commission meeting to discuss this development is this Thursday May 14th, 6 p.m. at PXV Borough Hall. I live on the North side and would love to see this green space preserved or slightly modified into something else like pathway to downtown. Another neighbor is putting together a doc with stories memories and creative ideas for the space to present at the meeting. If this green space is important to you, I invite you to submit your opinions on this form.
Thank you!
They seriously posted no parking in the alleys around the park!they used to give us passes as an apology for the inconvenience. What happened?
Hi. I start a new job in Malvern over the summer and was looking for suggestions on where to live. I'm 22, from ATL, and completely new to the area, so I'm hoping to live somewhere it's easy to meet people my age and make friends.
I still want to be outside the city limits so I'm not taxed for living in Philly, and I'm looking for a place where the commute to Malvern would be less than 30 minutes, with decent nightlife and plenty to explore. Also, somewhere that is diverse.
Are there any areas I should look into?
Does anyone have any experience with wedding dress alterations in town? Nothing major, just hemming and bustling.
I’ve found Dalia’s on Facebook and considering going there - does anyone have any personal experience to share?
Best pho closest to town…go! (I need it so bad)
Hi folks. Moved into the area recently (hooray!) and noticed the entire front and back yards are overrun with poison ivy. Im not one for chemicals- so no “JuSt UsE RoUnDuP” comments, please. I will try the vinegar solution, but also don’t want to damage the other less invasive plants.
Im not trying to itch until the cows come home- but maybe just until some goats come home? Anyone have a goat/ know a goat farmer/ small local business / etc who would be willing to help us out?
Thanks! Signed, An Anti-Itch Neighbor.
Edit: whoever sent the u/RedditCareResources check-in, the poison ivy is not yet making me suicidal, but I do appreciate you looking out for a fellow human!
Watch out when you come here!
Menu says $9 for a 16 oz new trail broken heels.
I swear I’ve gotten it before, always been a big can.
They bring out the right beer but it’s a 12 oz.
$9 is steep for a 16 oz let alone a 12!
I brought it up politely and the manager tried to gaslight me saying it’s a menu misprint and it’s always been 12 ounces.
Edit: because I can’t find the comment for the person who asked despite seeing it in my notifications. How did they handle it? The waitress deferred to the manager. No biggie. He came over and told me it’s a misprint, says he buys the beer and has never bought 16oz ones, and offered to swap it out for another beer but their only other 16 is not a beer I like so I just declined and he took it back presumably to dump it down the drain lol
My biggest issue is I have been here many times, I always get the 16oz broken heels here lol that’s what annoyed me the most. If I was running the place I would have gladly just knocked $2 off and apologized or something. I just think it was poorly handled from a customer service perspective. Million better ways they could have handled it.
Feel kinda dumb asking this. I know Dogwood Festival starts on Wednesday, but I saw a bunch of signs saying “no pets” while driving by. Is that just for fair days, or are we not allowed to walk our dogs there right now? I take my dog there every day, y’all can’t keep us away 👹
I have a few jars of foreign and old coins Im looking to sell. Has anyone used the coin dealer in Phoenixville or used any local dealers to sell to and feel they got a fair price?
Edit: Thank you all for these leads! Appreciate yall taking the time to inform on this.
They left a little chalk on the ground nearby and I tried my best to make it illegible.
