Artemis saves a dying child at birth and accidentally creates her own demigod son | New PJO AU Fic

Hey, I’ve just started posting my first Percy Jackson fanfic on AO3 and wanted to share it here in case it sounds like anyone’s thing. I would also appreciate any and all feedback.

It’s called Marked by Moonlight I'll put a link at the bottom of this post.

Premise:

When a mortal mother begs Artemis to save her dying son, the goddess answers and leaves behind a sliver of her own divinity that can never be reclaimed.

Four years older than Percy Jackson, Ari Leandros grows up at Camp Half-Blood learning to fight and to survive. But Ari was never meant to exist, and his presence begins to warp the shape of the coming war. As Percy is drawn toward the prophecy awaiting him, Ari's presence forces Kronos to answer with darker schemes, deadlier monsters, and far greater strength than he ever needed in canon.

It’s a long canon-divergence fic, Ari-focused, and meant to get more war-heavy as it goes on. So far I’ve posted the prologue and Chapter 1.

If that sounds interesting, I’d really appreciate anyone checking it out. Feedback is welcome too, since this is my first fic.

Would this make sense?

Doing a little snippet atm that I might put more work into.

And the MC is called Markos Anderson who will be a Son of Bia. But he's also going to be a legacy of Apollo, Hermes, Asclepius, Zeus and Hephaestus.

The Andersons used to be a large clan of sorts that regularly had Olympian Gods fornicating with the mortals or Demigods marrying in.

The way I want Markos' powers to manifest is like the Green Ninja from Ninjago.

Would this make sense?

Looking for a Specific Fanfic of Tranfem percy ascending

Hi so im looking for a fic where percy goes to old enemies and apologizes. they go to medusa, circe, and some of their friends. Its a slow transition fic that also is an ascension fic.

Circe figures out that what percy saw in their reflection is a slightly older female version of themselves.

I don't remember what percy's new name was but I do know that it is an annabeth bashing/critical fic. Percy's friends and enemies slowly help them realize the annabeth is really toxic and kind of abusive.

I just love the scenes in the fic like when percy finally confronts their mom as an adult woman about the not okay abuse that was Smelly Gabe.

also the final scene of Percy's godly form accepting her mortal form is just so fantastic.

sorry for the word vomit, first time ever posting on reddit

if anyone can find it thanks and if not, no worries😊

An idea for a Pertemis story focused on developing a family relationship between Perseus, Artemis, and their son.

In a destiny that not even the gods would dare challenge, Percy Jackson and Artemis had a child — in a reality marked by pain, loss, and war.

In this life, Annabeth, Paul, and Sally had died. Alone and broken, Percy was forced to undertake missions alongside Artemis’ Hunters. Amid battles and long days of training, something impossible happened: he fell in love with the virgin goddess. Against all divine laws, Artemis also felt something for him.

After countless missions and surviving the Third War together, they found a brief moment of peace. And from this forbidden bond… a child was born.

A little boy.

But he was no ordinary child. He had inherited a power that should never have existed: mastery over time itself. Bound to the very fabric of reality, he was born with abilities that transcended both gods and demigods, possessing a deep connection to the sea, the moon, and something even older — the flow of time.

His loyalty lay with nature itself: forests, lakes, rivers, the earth, and storms. His body displayed extraordinary physical prowess, as if born ready for any battle.

His silver-green eyes could see the threads of destiny, glimpsing possible futures, as though he were a direct child of the Moiras.

But this power was unstable. And inevitable. Without control, he was thrown back through time.

Fearing the consequences, Apollo made an extreme decision. Before the boy could remember his name, identity, or parents, Apollo sealed and altered his memories, erasing all knowledge of his origins.

Raised as if he were Apollo’s own son, he grew learning music, arts, and discipline, but always felt that something was missing. Until he ran away.

The boy did not know who he was, where he came from, or who his parents were — and most importantly, he could not reveal a truth he did not even remember. All that remained were fragments: sensations, instincts, and inexplicable emotions.

Yet… he still felt. He felt who his father was. He felt who his mother was. Even without remembering.

Upon arriving in the past, he found younger versions of Percy and Artemis.

Without understanding why, he felt an inexplicable peace near Percy, as if finally safe. In Artemis’ presence, he felt a profound, instinctive respect, mixed with a silent pain he could not explain.

Percy, in turn, felt an unexplainable need to protect him, while Artemis sensed something about the child that defied her understanding — something too familiar to ignore.

Guided only by instinct, the boy ran through the forest seeking protection — but he was surrounded. The Hunters appeared, arrows drawn, ready to strike.

Then Percy appeared.

Sensing that strange presence, he went to investigate — and without hesitation, placed himself in front of the boy.

Something inside him screamed: this child… was his son.

And it was not imagination. Years ago, Apollo had warned that Percy would have a child who would walk outside the flow of time — a child tied to destiny, meant to carry a choice capable of changing everything.

A prophecy existed. The son of the most powerful demigod would make a choice: destroy the king of gods or raise him higher. If Zeus discovered, the child would be killed without hesitation.

Percy began to realize the truth. That child… was his son. But he could say nothing. Neither to the gods, nor to Artemis. He had enemies — even among allies.

When Apollo appeared to explain, Artemis became furious. Unaware of the truth, she saw the boy as a threat and tried to punish him. But Percy stopped her. Even without explaining, he protected the child at all costs.

This changed something in Artemis. She began to see Percy differently — for the way he protected the child. Not knowing that he was the father… and she… the mother.

At that moment, Zeus announced a new war. He ordered Percy to join Artemis’ Hunt in a mission against the Titans — to form alliances… or destroy those who refused.

And so, they set out together.

During the journey, Artemis trained the boy in the art of the bow and hunting. Though wary, she noticed his potential and something extraordinary within him. Meanwhile, Percy stayed vigilant, protecting him both from the Hunters and from Artemis herself.

With each passing day, the bond between Percy and the boy grew stronger. Slowly, Artemis also began to come closer, without understanding why.

As they faced a threat that spanned time, fighting alongside those who were unknowingly their own parents, the sealed memories began to fracture. Fragments of past and future intertwined. Apollo’s control faltered. Even he could no longer keep the memories locked away.

Then… something changed. The child began, on his own, to reclaim what he had lost — surpassing even Apollo’s power. In moments of pain and despair… the truth almost came to light.
