Tuna Pasta Salad Seasoned with Penzey’s Spices
This turned out great. I cooked up maybe 1 1/2 cups pasta (rinsed at the end to cool) and added in a can of tuna, some mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt and black pepper, as well as Penzey’s Justice seasoning blend and Penzey’s Green Goddess seasoning blend. I used the leftover veggies I had on hand and that included one carrot (grated), 1/2 a red bell pepper (diced), and a handful of cherry tomatoes (cut in half). Would be great with lots of other veggies depending upon what you may have on hand.
