Does pumping help natural erections as well?

Just a basic question that for the life of me I can't seem to find the answer anywhere...

  • Does regular use of a pump help to achieve natural erections next time the sexy time calls?

I'm 39, still get fully hard morning woods about 2-3 times a week. But when it comes to sex, I tend to get in my head about it and thinking even a smidge of "oh boy, he's going down" can make my erection leave pretty quick, though I can usually get it back with some play time.

So yeah, I'm just wanting to get those rock hard, upward-angled erections more consistently, especially when it counts with my girl.

Do pumps help to achieve this end?

Hey all - I am Midd, founder of the PE Tracker app. I built a tracker for tracking your penis enlargement sessions a few years ago. And I realized there is a missing market for visualizing your gains. So please check out this new feature I shipped. (I can't post NSFW pictures so I used the default image in the app)

Link to Android app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sigmanation_ios_app

Link to iOS app: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/tracker-for-pe/id6477494526

Is it free?

The entire app is free. But the visualizer is NOT free. It costs decent $$ to provide it for you guys, so I will be charging for it.

The server hosting costs a good amount as well.

So please think of this as a way to support me and the costs to host all this.

I appreciate all the support, thanks!

So I'm so new to this.

Recently purchased a pump with Guage and it came with rubber that needs to be attached at the base. I'm curious to know if it's necessary to use the pump with the rubber or if it's not cause I've seen some not using it. If so, what are the pros and cons.

I see a lot of comments about this Hydro Max or water bath type pumps, but I just purchased something that was simple enough for me. I could just hit a button and not worry about going over a certain amount of pressure. The second level on this actually is quite very comfortable. -125 to -200 Mbar

However this is my second weekend doing every other day 20 minutes with rests in between typically doing sets of 5 mins and 2 minutes of rest. has anybody had any certain games with this style of pump? I just wanna make sure I’m diving into this. I wanna be doing it correctly for the best results

Hey fellas anyone else use the bathmate hydromax extreme? I’ve had the 7 for a while and love it. I was thinking of doing an upgrade and getting the hydromax extreme . Wanted to hear the pros and cons of if it’s worth the upgrade. I’m a little over 7 in and thick.

Gain by Pumping Only?

So my starting measurement is 7.1”x5.5” bone pressed. But I want to reach 7.5”x6” BP. I was wondering if it was possible by only pumping.

I started using a pump yesterday and I was surprised with the erection and the fullness it gave me afterwards. So I’m planning to do 10 min. sessions 4-5 days a week.

Last thing, I had 2 varicocele surgeries in the past that’s why I don’t want to get too crazy with stretching or jelqing. I only want if a length increase of 0.4” and a girth increase of 0.5” possible in 6 months?

Preferably bathmates but I think it can apply to any models.

I’m about to start my journey on this and am researching as much as possible so as not to injure myself or anything. Apologies in advanced for the rudimentary and basic questions but I really am super ignorant on the topic.

1: Is it possible to outgrow the pump? I’ve heard people online say to just upgrade and buy a new, bigger one but is it feasible due to the prices, which aren’t cheap? And let’s say I do decide to buy a new one, I imagine I can’t just sell a used pump to anyone.

2: I know to maintain, you just lessen the days you pump but where does it end? Can you just pump until you reach your desired length and girth and then some and if you want, just continue? I assume you plateau eventually?

Sorry again for the questions. Other things I was able to find answers online it just these little things were nagging at me.

Thanks everyone!

How possible is it to add 0.5" more in girth?

Hi guys! I'm currently at 5.5" girth I would like to add 0.5 - 0.7 inches more to it, for that I was thinking to buy bathmate, but I don't want to have unrealistic expectations, how possible is it? how long does it take? What's your opinion based on your experience? I've read that 5.5" girth is ok, but I really feel I just have a very small thing 🥹 (6.3" usable length btw). I'd like to add more in length also, but I've heard it's more complicated.

Hey Guys, I can’t seem to make a penis pump work without hurting I am not circumcised so all that skin and balls gets sucked in below and even when I hold my balls I feel a certain pinch at the base and I have it on level 1
This has always been my issue. I’ve tried different air pumps and seem to always get that feeling of pinch at the base. Is there something I’m doing wrong ?
I have tried just allowing the pump to slide down on its own but once it gets close to my skin below that’s where I start to see the real growth happen but also hurts
Any tips ?

Hi, I have this pump pictured. I know it’s not the best but it’s the best I can afford right now. The only problem is I have to shave my pubes in order to get a tight seal, and I really hate having shaved or trimmed pubes, so I thought maybe I could buy a replacement rubber base with a smaller opening? Or a new pump that has a smaller opening, to achieve a tighter seal.

My penis is a bit on the thin side, so I think I need something with a tighter fit to get a good seal, and to stop my balls / scrotum skin from getting sucked in (happens a lot and limits how long i can pump for). Any advice much appreciated thank you!

Most guys think progress comes from the session. In reality, a bad diet can quietly hold your results back.

Diet and supplements won’t create progress on their own. But poor recovery, low energy, or inconsistent habits can slow things down more than most people realize.

Why Diet Matters More Than People Think

Every session creates stress. Recovery is what turns that stress into adaptation.

Your diet affects:

  • Circulation
  • Energy levels
  • Tissue recovery
  • Overall consistency

If your basics aren’t covered, even a perfect routine won’t perform as well as it could.

What Actually Makes a Difference

You don’t need anything complicated.

Focus on:

  • Staying properly hydrated
  • Eating enough (not under-fueling)
  • Getting balanced meals with protein, fats, and carbs
  • Avoiding extremes (very low calories, poor diet consistency)

Simple, consistent habits outperform “perfect” diets that don’t last.

Where Supplements Fit In

Supplements are optional — not required.

At best, they:

  • Support recovery slightly
  • Help with circulation or energy
  • Fill small gaps in diet

At worst, they:

  • Do nothing noticeable
  • Create false expectations

If your routine and diet are solid, supplements can help a little. If they’re not, supplements won’t fix that.

The Common Mistake

Relying on supplements instead of fixing the basics.

It’s easier to add something than to stay consistent with diet, hydration, and recovery — but the basics are what actually drive progress.

What Matters More Than Supplements

If you had to prioritize:

  1. Consistency
  2. Recovery
  3. Proper session control
  4. Diet
  5. Supplements

Supplements come last for a reason.

Long-Term Perspective

People who see steady progress usually:

  • Eat consistently
  • Stay hydrated
  • Recover properly
  • Keep routines stable

They don’t rely on shortcuts — they build a system that works over time.

Curious to hear your experience:

  • Have you noticed a difference when your diet is better?
  • Do you use any supplements, and did they actually help?
  • What habits made the biggest difference in your recovery?
