Serbian citizenship by descent as a Bosnian Serb 🇷🇸🇧🇦 (Yugoslavia)

Hi, I‘m currently citizen of a Western European country due to my parents that both have been born here.

To reconnect with my Serbian heritage (and as a backup in those volatile times) I‘d like to get Serbian citizenship by descent. My problem: my family are ethnic Serbs who are from what’s Republica Srpska in BiH now (Bosnian Serbs).

Also my grandparents previously only had Yugoslavian citizenship (they emigrated in the 1960s). I‘m not sure if they ever renewed their citizenship after they received their western one. And I‘m not sure if that would be the Serbian or the Bosnian one.

So my question:
Is there a way for Bosnian Serbs to get their citizenship (back) even if they have never been citizens of Republika Srbija?

PS: Also I should mention that I myself never had any other citizenship than my Western European one and that both my parents and grandparents probably never renewed their Yugo ones. (I‘m not sure if they renounced or just never renewed it 🤷)

Hvala na pomoći 🙏

British citizenship by descent

Hi - can anyone recommend a good lawyer in the UK for helping with a complicated British citizenship by descent case? My mom would be a UK citizen but for sexist laws of the past. I want to know if it's possible for her to apply anyway.

Passport by marriage is happening for ages but usually we don't hear stories like this:

So she commented on a post that people with stronger passports usually get offered such $ amounts to marry and help spouse get passport of that country.

Have you heard such stories?

What are the consequences to these people when both of them get caught in such contract?
