Options for coil whine?

Running a PNY 5080 OC with a 9800 x3D and a 4K monitor, montech century II 1050W PSU. The coil whine seems pretty bad, and I’m realizing I’m more sensitive to noise than I thought I was. I tried a different PSU which didn’t change anything. In the video shown I’m opening baldur’s gate 3, then toward the end turning on DLSS which makes it worse. I moved the PC from my desk to under it but still bothers me. I have headphones and IEMs which eliminate it but I need to be able to hear my family/kids.
It’s only a problem in certain games, such as baldur’s gate and Witcher 3.
Undervolting helps a bit but to get it to a manageable noise I have to take the power consumption down below 70% which definitely impacts performance. Capping the frame rate helps as well but I obviously didn’t buy a 5080 to limit the frames…
I suppose I’m just a bit disappointed and wondering what my options are. I know coil whine is something to be expected, but can’t help feeling slighted when I see other people with the same product and no issue.
Any other troubleshooting suggestions I should try? Is trying to RMA worth it? I’ve read that RMAs for coil whine can be denied, and I’d hate to go through the process and get something refurbished that may have the same problem. Thanks in advance.

PNY RTX 5080 Slim Edition (dual fan/SFF) - Review

Link to review: PNY RTX 5080 Slim Edition (dual fan/SFF) - Review

Not gonna lie…this review kinda proves what some of us already knew. PNY lowkey cooked with this card. While some 5080s are the size of a fucking microwave, PNY decided to make a slim clean card that still handles 4K performance. Honestly, one of the few 5080s I’d actually wanna build around aesthetically too. An all black/stealthy SFF build with this guy as the main star...FE vibes but with its own flavor.

Not impressed with this brand so far

I was looking to upgrade video card and I ended up buying a RTX 5060 Ti back in november. For 6 months the card has ran smoothly with no issues. Then at the start of april, I heard the GPU fans kick on full speed, and the monitors were dark. I had to switch to the integrated graphics to trouble shoot and found out the system didnt even see the card so I swapped it out with the RTX 3050 from my daughters pc, and the system booted fine. I contacted support and it took me over a week to finally get a RMA to send the card in. Today I finally got the card back, plug it in, all lights come on, fans are spinning, but system will not post. Put the card in my daughters tig, and go figure it's DOA. I have installed the card in 3 seperate machines so far to rule out any other hardware issues, and they all experience the same issue. At this point I'm trying to decide if I want to even go though the headache to get this one returned or just cut my loss and write this brand off.
