I got into openclaw recently and the manual setup look overwhelming at first so ended up starting with a managed option. I made things way easier to get going as i did not have to deal with installation, configs or self hosting.
Now it running and i am kind of confused if skipping the full setup means missing out something important behind the scenes.
For people who have been using it longer, is it better to eventually learn everything about self hosting or sticking with a simpler managed setup actually fine for most use cases?
