Nuki Ultra clearance issue Euro profile

Just my luck—after spending a couple hours prying open the locking mechanism on my old uPvc door, only to realise at the very end the lock is way too big for the door. There is no way I can see this being retrofitted without cutting part of the door frame. Not just that, the thumbturn knob itself cannot be pulled down without hitting the nuki lock. No idea how they could design something like this to be retrofitted without taking into consideration clearance issues.

Am I out of luck? Short of replacing the entire door, there’s no way I can see this being installed.

Nuki Smart Lock Ultra

Hi all,

Next to my current classic Nuki Setup, I'm thinking about buying a Nuki Smart Lock Ultra with the Nuki cilinder. However, it seems that my outer range width of the cilinder will be a little bit to short. Following the website of Nuki, you can buy 'extension pieces' to add to the Nuki Cilinder to make it a little bit longer.

Has anyone done this before ? Can you buy it somewhere, can't find it, or I'm searching wrong.

Nuki Smart Lock Pro (5. Generation) hört nicht auf zu drehen

Servus liebe Community,

Seit ein paar Tagen spinnt unse Nuki Pro gewaltig, indem es den Öffnungsvorgang nicht stoppt und gegen den Widerstand des Schlüssels überdreht. Die Tür geht natürlich auf, aber die Falle rastet nicht mehr aus und dementsprechend kann die Tür nur schließen, wenn man manuell dem Knauf des Nuki zurückdreht. Kalibrierung scheitert, Reset hat leider auch nichts gebracht. Nuki ist ordnungsgemäß montiert (ist schon seit 2025) im Einsatz und seitdem keine Veränderung am Setup.
Habt ihr ne Idee?

Nuki 5 Pro Gerda Vita problem

I recently bought a Nuki Pro 5 to switch from Pro 4. The problem is I can’t mount it properly on the door. It looks like the key is too long and the lock itself won’t mount properly. The same key and lock were working fine with Pro 4. What can I do?

Lock n Go on Nuki Ultra locking when door OPENS

I've been using a Nuki Ultra with the Door Sensor for almost 5 months now. However, as of about a month ago, the "Lock n Go" feature has been not working properly.

I tap lock n go, door unlocks correctly
I open the door, after 2 seconds the door LOCKS (while the door is open)

I've re-calibrated the door sensor, I've reset everything and once in a blue moon it'll work correctly, but 9 out of 10 times it decides to lock while the door is open.

If i don't use lock and go and just open and close the door, the door sensor shows up properly when door is closed vs when door is open.

Does anyone know what on earth is going on? Everything use to work properly and I have changed nothing.
