SR-71 Blackbird
I know some players don't like ships created with blender, but the level on this one completely beyond my expectation, so I decided to share a few shots anyway. Btw the main parts are storage panels😀

Is there a way to get the Starborn runner?
I just joined yesterday and was trying to make the perfect ship then I unlocked the anomaly and seen the most beautiful ship I’ve ever seen
I seen I can get it through mods but I’m on Xbox is there another way around that?
Ok viajero , os traigo un pequeño video , de el update a la Última Estrella, esta construida en Ps5, así que No e utilizado mods en su construcción, ... en fin, espero que os guste 🔥🔥🔥🫶🚀
I've got some extra ships that are just taking up space and I'm looking to just give 'em away! You'll be doing me the service of testing a starship sharing method, that if successful, will enable future give aways with even more selection! Help me help you fellow travelers 🖖
Inspired by FEISAR from Wipeout, with the ‘5,000’ serving as a subtle nod to a certain pop culture phrase, the build is designed to look good from every angle—including the underbelly—while featuring a custom cockpit and a comprehensive ship blueprint. Precise handling allows it to turn on a dime, making it especially fun to fly.
This is my most complex build so far. Tilts in every direction, plus 1/4-offset tilts on all sides except the rear.
Let me know if you want this Podracer in your ship yard.
Registry Code: ATLAS-σ*-*0921-SR
Class: Light Interceptor / Close-Quarters Dogfighter
Alignment: Atlas Directive — Rapid Intercept Subroutine
Operational Status: Active
Clearance Level: AXIOM // TACTICAL DEPLOYMENT
The Sanguine Razor is a micro-iteration fighter derived from the Sanguine Edge platform. Where the Edge operates as a strategic stealth bomber, the Razor is its immediate, aggressive counterpart—a fast-response craft designed to engage threats at close range with decisive speed.
It embodies a simplified but intensified doctrine:
>
Compact, highly maneuverable, and aggressively tuned, the Razor trades endurance and payload capacity for reaction time, agility, and precision lethality.

The fifth Atlas ship build is here! This was such a fun build because 1. It's my first time having a go with micro corvettes, and 2. I built this thing in just essentially an hour.
Registry Code: ATLAS-Δ-0000-EW
Class: Electronic Warfare / Reconnaissance Command Vessel
Alignment: Atlas Directive — Information Dominance Division
Operational Status: Active
Clearance Level: AXIOM // ACCESS RESTRICTED
The Ruby Lattice is unique among Atlas iteration vessels in that it was not originally designed for warfare.
Pre-Atlas records identify the hull architecture as part of a discontinued experimental racing initiative focused on:
Its lightweight geometry and unusually efficient propulsion profile made the craft exceptionally difficult to track, even before Atlas intervention.
Recognizing its potential, the Atlas reclaimed the platform and rebuilt it into an electronic warfare vessel—transforming a machine once built to outrun rivals into one capable of outthinking entire fleets.

The sixth in my Atlas-themed corvette series. Inspired by the Fer-de-Lance from Elite Dangerous
Brothers of the Stars, today I bring you a new corvette, the Indastria Z-77... well, this ship is completely vanilla, meaning no glitches, mods, or any advanced building methods were used. However, you do need a lot of patience, as its fuselage is made up of multiple construction panels, and these must be placed with great precision... anyway, as always, I hope you like it, and I'll read your comments 🔥🔥🔥🫶🚀
This corvette is created from lockers, servers. saucer fungus, frozen planters and various other decorations that load quickly.
In image order:
ITERATION-Θ // Crimson Vector — Command Node / Heavy Strike Corvette
ITERATION-Ω // Scarlet Shard — Interceptor / Precision Strike Fighter
ITERATION-Σ // Sanguine Edge — Stealth Bomber / Preemptive Strike Platform
ITERATION-Λ // Carmine Radii — Gunship / Persistent Fire Support Platform
ITERATION-σ // Sanguine Razor — Dogfighter / Rapid Intercept Unit

A showcase of the Atlas builds I made so far, and with more to come! Let me know which one is you guys' favorite out of all of them!
Hey ya’ll, for starters, this isn’t meant to promote any specific tool or method. I get that some people might not be aware of these kinds of things, but I don’t think that’s a reason to avoid discussing the topic more broadly. I am thinking of a specific tool, but the automod don’t like me naming it.
For a bit of context, there are external methods that allow players to obtain items, ships, etc. very quickly, sometimes with limited free uses and then paid options. In practice, this can mean accessing almost anything in the game at any time, across different modes (including permadeath), with some built-in restrictions depending on the method.
I’ve recently had a few discussions with people who have quite strong views on either end of this. Roughly summarised (not word-for-word):
Yes, it’s cheating. NMS is largely about collecting and progression, so if one player spends hours getting something rare and another bypasses that instantly through external means, it undermines that effort. There’s also the argument that it can negatively affect shared spaces (e.g. performance issues or unusual builds appearing where they normally wouldn’t), and that the devs have tried to limit these kinds of things before.
No, it’s a sandbox game. These methods just help people reach the experience they want on their own terms. From that perspective, it removes grind and improves quality of life, letting people tailor their playthrough. Some people also feel that attempts to limit these methods are more about control than player experience.
Personal opinion: I lean more against it—not necessarily because I fully agree with every argument above, but because if the developers have made efforts to restrict these kinds of shortcuts, it suggests they don’t intend for them to be part of the experience. For whatever reason that may be, it is their work. Imagine if Da Vinci had just painted the Mona Lisa, and some random came along and painted a moustache on her. Does that make it bad? Not necessarily. Does it take ownership away from Da Vinci, yes. Additionally, I’m genuinely concerned about what impact that has on future updates. Are the developers planning to make changes to the economy, or rarity of things, etc? We can’t know, but if they are, having ways to get everything you want in a few clicks makes certain systems totally redundant. TL;DR: External shortcuts may limit the direction and impact of future updates, therefore leaning negative.
I’m interested to hear what people think—does this feel like a divided issue, or is there a general consensus one way or the other?
Just sharing my home base New Rivendell to any visitors in the Euclid Galaxy. It’s a really nice Grassy Planet with tons of salvageable scrap and oceans with crashed freighters and starships 👍🏼👍🏼.
Cheers all!
Petition to ban AI "art" from the server? This is a sub for creativity, not machine made garbage
Available for delivery using the NMS Service Bot ... see link below. This has a part count of 961. 6 Phase Beam turrets installed. Since this corvette has over 100 parts please do not bring it to the Anomaly. Larger or more complex corvettes can overtax some game platforms in the multiplayer environment causing problems for a few players (this ship won’t cause problems for you though). Click the link below to bring up the service bot delivery page for this corvette. Enjoy!

Brothers of the Stars, finally my last corvette, completely redrawn, in my normal play mode, yes, because I usually do the technical studies in creative mode 😅, well anyway, I hope you like it 🔥🔥🔥🚀🫶
Just finishing this one. Let me know if this interests you. Thanks!
This piece is based on another screenshot I took a long time ago. I converted it into an Art Deco-style poster with a lot of decorative line work around the edges. I had to manually add some of the details and fix a few symmetry issues. Overall, I think this one turned out pretty well. I’ve always loved sunsets in this game, and wanted to expand upon it with something like this. 🌅
Again, I wish that this sub had a tag for art. The closest thing I think is location, so that’s what I set it to. 😅
🏴☠️ TRANSMISSION INTERCEPTED — PIRATE SYNDICATE 🏴☠️
They say the Syndicate started as a rumor—whispers in dead channels, missing cargo, silent fleets drifting with no survivors.
That was a long time ago.
Now?
We’re a confirmed problem.
The Pirate Syndicate isn’t some fresh crew looking for numbers. We are a network forged in raids, betrayals, and wars most factions pretend never happened. Trade routes collapse when we move. Patrols reroute when our signal pings the system.
This isn’t a crew. It’s a living system.
💀 What We Do:
We don’t “grind.” We control flow—credits, materials, information.
We don’t “fight.” We decide when fights end.
We don’t “build.” We establish territory that doesn’t show up on maps.
Some join for profit.
Some join for power.
Most don’t last long enough to figure out which matters more.
⚔️ Recruitment Status: OPEN (Selective)
We’re expanding—but not for everyone.
If you’re:
- A fighter who understands fear is a weapon
- A builder who can hide a fortress in plain sight
- A trader who thrives where laws don’t exist
- Or just someone tired of playing small
Then maybe you’re worth the risk.
Or maybe you’re not.
📡 Reply to this transmission or send a signal if you think you belong.
No promises. No guarantees. Just opportunity.
The Syndicate doesn’t announce itself.
It arrives.
Hey all,
Just started playing my first play through and wanted to reach out to the community for help as a new player. I have my first base, hyperdrive, a d unlocked microprocessors. What are the best things to do for nanites, essential quality of life upgrades, and to enjoy the game?
Planning to focus on fishing and capturing for xeno arena initially. Do I spend time doing the colossus and corvette this early? Any early money exploits?
TIA
