Identify these cars?

I’ve picked up two old 1/10 (I think as it’s 250mm from wheel to wheel) scale nitro cars.

Having trouble figuring out what make & model they are.

I’ve got one up and running so far, was very far from it when purchased.
Time to start on the next one, but was hoping to purchase some suspension + control arms etc to upgrade.

I would assume those kinds of things aren’t universal so wanting to know what model and make it is!

The complete one’s engine is a mystery to me too, reverse image searching the logo did not help.

Hpi, I havent had this much fun sense i did the rs4 evo 3 rally conversion 15 yrs ago. Motor sounds off still with sputtering, temps never exceeded 230f thinking its my idle screw. But again it has been many of years sense I've owned a new in box nitro. Shout out to my lovely wife for the footage.

I need help finding an old nitro rc

Hello! I need help finding an old nitro RC i remember my dad having when i was a kid. It has to have been more than 15 years ago. i dont remember what helicopter it was replicating exactly, but i remember it was military themed and it had a side launcher that ejected a little paratrooper toy. I never flew it, because the engine had an issue, so it just sat in the original box. I want to try and find one just like it, but i have nowhere to start. All my searches come up with electric helicopters or toy sets

Barely have 1 gallon through this motor. This is my 2nd 3.3. First one only lasted 2 gallons. And I did my own proper break in(not Traxxas) 2 tanks idle, 3rd low rpm. Not until the 6 tank I would go wot but still kept rpms lowish. Only wot after I used a whole quart. Both engines. Only reason why I went with a 2nd was for the trade in for 50% off. Is it even worth it to swap the bearings? Only reason why I kept the 3.3 was because it’s plug and play. I know the os motor is an option but I don’t see the value in that and the 3.3 with a better carb is enough for this car. If I want something faster I run my 8ight xt with a fully modified .28 Novarossi. Which also has lasted me 8 gallons!
In all honesty the OS carb adds a ton of low end and with taller gears still wheelies. When it’s running right.
Any decent bearings that don’t cost the price of a new 3.3 with a trade it?

Yes I know I don’t have an airfilter on I took it off to make sure my carb was opening properly.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if my piston and sleeve are bad and if the pinch is OK or not this is a tmaxx 2.5 I tore it apart because it wouldn’t stay idling and was running hot. Temps up to 290.

Fixed the one way bearing and it sounds amazing!!!

Also replaced the clutch bell and spur gear because they were destroyed.

Been working on this nitro 4tec I was gifted. Been sitting 10 plus years but got it spinning and cleaned everything up. Just gotta get some fuel and I can here thus thing sing.

Wierd tuning issue with RC8T4

Hey guys,

I have been chasing an issue with my rc8t4 for a year and it is driving me insane.

I have tried multiple quality engines and pipes, 2 tanks and different fuel lines.

I have no problem tuning in any other chassis

No matter what I do after a couple minutes of running the idle will get unstable high and lean no matter the carb settings. After a couple of seconds it will flame out.

Right now I have been trying to break in an engine in the chassis with super rich setting.

Preheated the engine and started it. Of course its super rich. Does not even have enough power to move. At some point it will just snap to lean. Then there is now chance of tuning it anymore.

It gets worse the longer the car is beeing driven.

Anybody got a clue?
