Kitbashed from a bunch of different files. C&C welcome!

I have grown my painting skills in the last year and I think I’m going to try a second try for these guys. I have another 5 man squad unpainted currently. Wish me some luck.

Painted up one terror legionary. Love the Mark VI but it's a bit fancy for a terror company I think. Hopefully GW will release some new Mark IV so the legion-building can properly start.

Squads 1 to 4 of my Night Lord themed EC army completed. It's supposed to be a quick and dirty army that I can put on the table and start practicing, but I just couldn't stop adding stuff.

Leading the midnight dragons, a terminator squad fully recruited on the planet Pandora on the 40millenium, among the heirs of the most important royal family of the planet. Among his brothers of the VIII, his an idealist and just as his family reigned his natal planet, with justice and fear, he believe that terror tactics are the tool and not the objective, for that and for how the warband conquer his planet and how rules the planet and his people, Maekar is one of the men that allow Timetus keep on charge of the warband

Simple kitbash with a few of the new raiders but I’m happy with it. Going for a custom group of Night lords that have the soul purpose of hunting down chaos worshiping members of the legion as they see them a weakness and a tarnish on the already fractured brotherhood. I’m going to paint their hand red as this group follow the ways of Sevetar and continue to see him as their true leader.
When Lucoryphus and his part of the warband ganged up on the possessed marine in the book. Did he sneak up and close the door behind him and whisper, “I will eat your eyes,” or did he close the door and scream it out? Because when I was listening to the book.
I personally prefer the first one because it makes him even creepier. But I want to know, just to make sure, this isn't a Mandela Effect situation.

I’m close to finishing the Night Lords Omnibus and am looking forward to my next book. I’ve heard there are a few poor 40k novels out there, so I was hoping to get some recommendations.
I’ve loved the Night Lords Omnibus. I’ve never really been much of a reader, but this trilogy has completely pulled me in and I’d like to keep that going. I haven’t read any other 40k books yet, so any recommendations would be appreciated.
