so i recently posted abt not receiving contest-specific frames -- i won top 50 in the last contest but hadn't received anything. they said they'd fix that during today's maintenance, but i received the top 100 frame instead.

plus i literally Cannot open this game on english ver it's completely unplayable now. i have to switch to JP just to access the basic menu controls on the home screen, it'll show up blank otherwise,,

you would think after they extended the maintenance by 2 hours everything would've been functioning BETTER and not WORSE than before?? badsmile im actually suing you guys wtf is this

By the time Nekopara Sekai Connect begins, the year is 2115 (Source: Shigure's letter to Yuzuha in Sakura Hills, Chapter 2-3).

Felidae Corporation is the center of the entire neko universe. The corporation created a super AI called CAT-2 decades ago in order to solve world peace. The VR world also exists, created originally as a societal relief tool for humans to live in the VR world instead of the real world. As per the Felidae representative Casablanca, CAT-2 has been searching for solutions to world peace, and during that time there is already a huge populace of humans who decided to stay in the VR world as residents and would rather stay there as long as it takes for peace to return, some even forever. Said population has already exceeded the real-world populace of humans.

Felidae manages the super AI called CAT-2, which manages the entire world's governments, economies, and society. Felidae is a highly secretive company where application is very hard but quitting is inversely super easy. Though any staff that are fired or resigned are subject to memory wipe to ensure corporate secrets are safely hidden. Some VR world immigrants also voluntarily chose to wipe memories of their real lives and stay in the virtual world.

In the year 2100, CAT-2 found the solution to world peace, which is love, and thus CAT-2 created the beings called "nekos" to achieve said solution. It is a success, and world peace has been achieved with no wars or suffering, though this peace thus created boredom, meaning the human population in the VR world isn't interested in coming back to the real world after staying in shelter from the original problem. Thus, this is taken into account and nekos are designed to enrich the real world with love, enticing the VR residents to not be bored of the real world.

Nekos start as kittens but quickly mature into adults by age 1 and will not age after that (ala Umamusume). Nekos excel in physical prowess and shared love. Nekos are genetically created to be able to naturally know if a person is good or bad, and they will never get close to any bad person. In a way, one can safely assume that the number of nekos that likes a person determines that person's hidden social credit. So long as the human gives nekos their affection, the neko will reciprocate. Casablanca claims that nekos do not care about their owner's looks, status, or wealth.

Since all nekos are created by CAT-2, every single piece of information is monitored by the corporation's super AI; however, their privacies are protected by said AI itself, so they cannot be shared with anyone, including the heads of Felidae, without probable show cause. While the monitoring is heavy-handed, nekos have free will.

During these 15 years until 2115, CAT-2 only introduced nekos to applicants or collaborators for safety reasons, but after sufficient data, Felidae Corporation intends to dispatch nekos all over the world via NekoFes as the first step.

The corporation is currently headed by 3 representatives: Casablanca, Freesia, and Amaryllis, all receiving instructions from CAT-2, whom they call "Mama." CAT-2 has personally taught and raised the trio. CAT-2 is also capable of protecting them from the press, with the ability to deactivate or even destroy any videos or cameras that attempt to take pictures of them; any footage will also be auto-edited.

The corporation is also in charge of neko schools across the world, those being Sakura Hills Nekos College in Japan, Jinhua Department of Nekos College in China, Bastet Nekos College in Egypt, Gertrude Nekos College in Europe, and Nekos Youth Academy (NYA) in the United States. All neko school uniforms are custom designed by Amaryllis.

At the start of Sekai Connect, Casablanca invited Kashou and Shigure to attend NekoFes, which they visited. Casablanca and Shigure knew each other, last seen 4 years ago. Amaryllis is the clothing designer. Freesia. The motives of Casablanca inviting Kashou's bakery La Soleil is initially known to be Shigure, being an old acquaintance of Casablanca, and Casablanca is interested in how Kashou is able to shortly obtain a strong trust of so many nekos at once. Later, it was known that Casablanca is strongly interested in Fraise, as CAT-2 has stated that she is its masterpiece, and the AI would like to see how she develops after moving to La Soleil via NekoFes and push Fraise to her limits.

In this universe, Casablanca has stated that CAT-2 is made to ensure peace in human society.

Cats and nekos both exist. Nekos and cats are able to communicate and understand each other; however, most nekos are more attached to humans and less attached to cats (one such exception being Sumomo of Sakura Hills).

As a side note, Chocola's and Vanilla's birthdays are revealed by CAT-2 (as Meowjed) to be the day of NekoFes. Unfortunately, there is no date stated for when NekoFes started.

I know the event JUST came out but I already cant stand it. First the outfits are cute and we are able to do 10 missions, which I find to be the good part of this, but my problem is the wishing. You're only allowed to use gems twice? (Two ten pulls) And then the rest needs to be event pull tickets or whatever that you use paid gems for. We all knew they were greedy but this is probably the dumbest thing they've done. I had 70k gems so that I could pull Brownie and try out her character, so sitting there with nothing to do is making me less motivated to play. Can they just switch it back to no limit because who thought that was a good idea? Also the 3 battles a day to get ranked won't add points and I've already used all 3 tries.

I want to slap them in the back of the head, they are infuriating. i dont care if they are preprogrammed. stupid bejeweled clone. they dont even tap correctly half of the time messing up your tempo and speed, this is leagues behind bejeweled. Below garbage level.
