Eurasian red baby

I love the spring. I saw two squirrel babies making their way beyond their nest. This was one of them being super brave.

Local raccoon

It was digging around the leaves eating worms, and was quite chill about me standing over it. Don't worry, it was plenty capable of escaping that area

A new junior fox in the neighborhood!

Just having a nice stroll. Much smaller than the big one I would see running around.

Swans mate for life, share parenting, and can fly up to 60 mph (97 km/h). A group is called a bevy or wedge. Their serrated bills grip food despite having no teeth, and at up to 30 pounds, they’re among the heaviest flying birds.

A Pink Fairy! A beautiful Armadillo that is only the size of a credit card!

The Pink Fairy! A perfect name for an Armadillo as special as this one - he is a genuine good omen; one that shows the ecosystem in the environment in which he dwells is at its very best, which makes me very happy 😊 - providing it is left alone to be amazing for our sensitive little guy here & all of his neighbours, whether they be Fauna or Flora.

If you don't mind dodging the ads on the article, it explains it better than I can, & is worth the read 🙂

Baby birds video from inside. Cheep Cheep Cheep. Looks like the mom and dad take turns foraging.

My friend was visiting from up north and was staying in the blue Mountain area and had an Airbnb and we noticed through one of the windows that there was a nest outside and they had a little babies inside and it seems like the Mom & Dad were alternating taking turns forging for worms. I never before got to see babies so close.

These cute little Velvet Worms are actually ferocious predators that capture their prey with a quick-drying adhesive known as the "silly string of death”, and they are some of the oldest terrestrial animals on Earth
