The Kingdom of the Dietslands
The Kingdom of the Dietslands is constitutional monarchy in north-western Europe formed after the Napoleonic Wars, where the northern and southern Low Countries permanently remained united instead of separating into the modern Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. Following the Congress of Vienna in 1815, the allied powers established a single state under the House Oranje-Habsburg a cadet branch of both houses tied to the low countries. Today, the Dietslands is a highly developed parliamentary constitutional monarchy with a population of around 30 million people and one of the strongest economies in Europe. The country is governed by the States General of the Dietslands under the First Cohen Ministry, led by Prime Minister Sander Cohen of the Liberal Reform Alliance. The head of state is Queen Maria Theresia I of the House Oranje-Habsburg, who ascended the throne in 2025 following the death of King Filips Willem.
