Sorry if the picture is bad I was panicked and in a rush but I can take better pictures I’m in Florida in USA and it was just growing on grass and dirt. Please id quick so I know if I should take my dog to the vet or induce vomiting.

I pulled out the lattice and grabbed this thing, what do I do with it now

Hey everyone, this is my first grow using Uncle Ben’s rice bags with Albino B+.
Inoculated 24 days ago. Around day 18 I saw good mycelium progress through the bottom window so I did a break & shake. 4 days after the shake, I checked the bottom again and the mycelium still hadn’t reached the bottom. It’s now day 6 after he break and shake and that when I just took this picture. It looked healthy before the shake.
Main concern: One UB bag is pretty small (probably under a pound of spawn). I only have 3 lbs of substrate for my Boomer Shrooms inflatable monotub. I was under the impression I should be using closer to 5 lbs. I have a couple extra uninoculated rice bags — can I add those somehow when I spawn to bulk, or is that a bad idea?
Really hoping this isn’t going to be a problem since supplies weren’t cheap 😅 Any advice on whether I’ll still get a decent yield or what I should do?
I also just now noticed in the pic of the rice bag it’s low quality, and my hand is in the way but there was like a small white circle / spot. I’m not entirely sure it wasn’t contaminated, but throughout the entire process, I’ve been extremely sterile.
