Got my first two level 7 Golds!

Not sure if I could find the answer to this online. I think I even got contradicting answers regarding the topic. But for my own knowledge, I want to know the following:
What are the timing windows for Perfects, as well as internal "perfect" Perfects (neither early nor late)? Does the same hold for sheets?
What is the accuracy weightage of each note type? This includes blue notes and obstacles and boss attacks. Scoring doesn't matter, this question only pertains to the percent accuracy.

This track is really easy for Lv 7 (probably easiest) but anyway I didn't expect to get Silver and FC on the first attempt.
I'm not good at action games, and I thought it'd take a while to get the "Silver for a Lv 7 track" achivement.
Getting gold on Lv 1 is still not easy at all for me. I often fail to do so. :p
My last trophy is 100% in Lv 6, but I'm sure I won't make it within a year.

I haven’t even FC’d an 11star yet, but I’m already thinking about how far I can push it. If I want to breach into the 12star space though, I think I need to start from scratch, come up with a whole new way of playing that makes 12star possible

This is obviously just the hardest part of the song, but I’m finally becoming somewhat consistent in my execution of this section, and if I can get really consistent here then it’s just a matter of time before FC with one finger is finally accomplished!

only 33 greats! i’ve only been able to fc lvl 7s and can sometimes clear a lvl 8 (only on master tho, hard lvl 8s still kick my ass) so this made me so happy!

These are currently my best 9, 10 and 11 scores respectively. It is definitely cherry-picking because my other scores are not really close at all, especially the 9, like that definitely wasn't one in my opinion.
So far, around 37 hours within two weeks of revisiting the game (I had 33 hours before that like years ago but I was so bad at it so 90% of my progress came from the latter half of playtime). I am finally putting my just as planned into good use, what a worthy investment.
I think my one hand trill really needs work. Firstly, it is slow and secondly, I can barely control it. This really costs my accuracy ngl. Tech involving simultaneous notes are also really hard to execute for me, so I will work on that too I guess. Reading is also generally very tough.
Muse Dash is a hard game.
