Went opening weekend with a group of friends. Was super fun, but very chaotic and felt like I didn’t see all the booths or any shows. Wanted to go alone and focus on seeing as many shows as I could. Interacted with a lot of cool people but didn’t get a ton of pictures.

Went to a barber (2x…wanted to give the guy the benefit of the doubt) who completely did NOT do what I asked him a while back, let it go for 4 months, but got a fresh cut a bit ago and with the grow out happening we’re back on track!
2nd pic is goofy because my roommate said it looked like a nest, and i bet them $5 that i could balance an egg on my head.

I got some inspiration from the sub a few years ago so just returning the favor. I guess this is a comb over style mullet?
So I’ve been growing my mullet for about a year and a half and I’m curious if it suits me or if it’s time to cut it off just need some stranger feedback thank you guys :)
New to the realm of mullets, and I love it!
I'm on a mission to style it the way it came out when I got the cut, all curly-like (2nd and 3rd photo), but my natural hair is mostly straight. I don't know how to accomplish this, so in the meantime, I've just been using a straightener and some boost powder to get some low-key spikes (1st photo). Can anyone recommend some products and/or techniques I can use to get it more shaggy and curly?
Side note: I'm growing out the back because I think I would much prefer a long mullet on me!

this is around 5 months of growing from a full skin fade, currently at modern mullet length but i am planning to keep the back growing until it’s long enough to be permed and still have good length, what are your thoughts?
I feel so empowered on mullet cut day. My usual stylist moved so I tried someone I had been studying from across the salon. I knew it would be magic! They weren’t afraid to take a little off behind the ears.
According to the Farmer’s Almanac, the best time to cut hair is around the new moon which is Friday if there is anyone else who needs to freshen up! 🌑
