I had bites on my shoulder, back, and legs as well after waking up. But this is a week later and my elbow bites look like this. Is it something to be concerned about?

Mosquito bite like a rash after few days?
Excuse how yellow my camera makes everything, but I was bit 6 times by a mosquito that got into the house almost 3 days ago now, a relatively tiny fella he was.
Only moderately itchy, my ankle itches the worst but it's only a tiny bump like a regular mosquito bite. The two (biggest and one directly below it) in the image swelled up to 2 inches wide, not unusual for me when I get mosquito bites but this fella looks like a rash now. The one below the big one is itchier than the big one which is the one I'm concerned about.
What gets a bite to look like a hickey??? I haven't been touching it all that much and it's not unbearably itchy, it doesn't even itch most times... it's just... weird looking, which is why I'm concerned. I've always been more sensitive to mosquito bites but never had one react like this, let alone last more than a day, is this any actual cause for concern?

Seeing people add their location too so uh... Southeast USA??? That help somewhat? I 'unno I think that's more for identifying whatever bit ya, not the outcome of the bite.

I don't know what is eating me in my NYC apartment on the 9th floor. I thought it was bedbugs. Got inspected for those 4 times with each time coming up negative. I have taken apart all the furniture and checked every seam and I see nothing.
I am being bit on my face, hands, fingers, and arms, never on my legs and I sleep only in underwear. Every morning I wake up to new bites. I have been bitten over 58 times in the last month.
The bites are intensely itchy, very red and sometimes blister. They burn occasionally. Each bite has a small puncture hole in the center. I have 3 bug zappers, I sleep fully covered in DEET, clove oil and run 2 fans on high speed and still wake up with bites.
I repotted all of my plants, washed the roots with Dawn power wash and quarantined them for a week. Also sprayed with Captain Jack's, watered with 91% rubbing alcohol, did mosquito bit tea and put diatomaceous earth. Nothing crawls around inside the pots or flies out when I blow on them.
My cat is not scratching or biting so I don't think it's fleas. I only get bit at night. My mother does not get bit at all. Neither has anyone else who has been to my apartment.
We have clothing moths that I have been trying to eradicate to no avail.
I am at my wit's end. I have had the exterminator come and that did nothing. I have sprayed Permethrin and that has done nothing. Bug spray doesn't help. I keep my windows closed and run the AC.
WHAT DO I DO!?
