Got a weird voicemail from someone claiming they need to “hand deliver important papers” to me — scam or legit?

So I got a voicemail from a woman named C***** saying she was near my apartment complex and needed to deliver “extremely important papers” to me in person. She kept emphasizing how important it was and asked me to call her back to arrange a time.

The weird part is:

• she wouldn’t say what kind of papers they were
• she said “don’t worry, you’re not in trouble”
• she insisted they had to be hand delivered
• the whole thing felt really vague and urgent

I asked what the papers were regarding and she still wouldn’t explain. Lately I’ve also been getting a ton of insurance-related texts/spam calls, so I’m wondering if this could just be some aggressive insurance sales tactic or lead-generation thing.

Has anyone gotten voicemails like this before? Is this a known scam or could it actually be something legitimate?

Hey Moscow!! I’m in the early stages of a startup mobile dirty soda business. It’ll be a Polynesian owned business, with that being said it’ll have “otai” which is a fruit blended drink. Flavors include watermelon, pineapple, strawberries, and coconut.. along with that will be dirty sodas, dirty energy sodas, a guava cake, and rolls covered in a thick coconut glaze!! Can’t wait to get it up and going.

So many sirens all day today. Anyone have any idea what is going on?

My kids go to a co-op and someone came up to me and said they were thankful for this particular co-op for homeschool kids because she was searching far and wide for a co-op that isn't religious and it made me think, " Why is that?"

Is it because religious people care more about their kids?

Is it because left leaning, non religious people are selfish and only look for things others provide because they're so incompetent?

Is it because religious people are more open to allowing non-religious people in their group but not the other way around?

I was sad to see that Paradise Bikes closed. I always was happy with the tune-ups I'd get when brought my bike in there. Now that it's springtime, I'm due for another tune-up. I've heard that the owner has a new bike shop now but I didn't get an address, and I see online that it's "mobile." Does anyone know where it's at? I'd like to bring my bike to him. Does anyone have experience with this new "mobile" shop?
