Not so much to say right now

I just used the last of my insulin and currently don't have the $49 / need for the next vial. This condition is a 24/7 ride and yeah, some days are harder than others.

If anyone is in/near Montgometry and in a position to help, even a little, l'd be so grateful.

Anyone have a recommendation for a commercial property tax appeal attorney in MontCo?

I've been looking into property assessments in Montgomery County and it seems like a lot of commercial properties might be over-assessed compared to current market values.

Does anyone have experience working with a tax assessment appeal attorney in the area? Looking for someone who handles commercial properties specifically. Bonus if they work on contingency.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Scam?

I’ve gotten a bunch of these messages that are supposedly from PennDot over the past couple of months. It’s definitely a scam right? I haven’t gotten anything in the mail about traffic violations

Starting the Bucks Calisthenics Club - Join us

Hey everyone!

I recently moved to Bucks County and decided to start something I’m truly passionate about: an outdoor bodyweight Club. We had our first official meet last week—three people showed up, the sun was out, and we had an incredible time hitting the bars.

There’s nothing like the dopamine hit of training outdoors and mastering your own bodyweight. I’m looking to grow this into a real community where we get stronger, move better, and actually know our neighbors.

The Philosophy: Push, Pull, Legs

We keep it simple but effective. Our training follows the classic Push/Pull/Legs split, but entirely through bodyweight. Whether you're working on your first push-up or a Muscle-up, we focus on how your body actually moves.

Bulletproof Joints & Mobility:

Being strong is great, but being "broken" isn't. I’m big on joint prep and mobility. We do the "boring" stuff that matters—prepping your wrists, shoulders, spine, hips, and knees so you can age like a fine wine. We want to be functional and shredded, not just for today, but for 50 years from now.

The "Cool Stuff" :

Yes, we do the basics, but we’re also training for the bucket-list skills:

  • Handstands
  • Human Flags & Levers
  • Muscle-ups & Planches
  • Deep, functional squats

All Ages. All Levels. Zero Ego.

It doesn’t matter if you’ve never touched a pull-up bar or if you’re a elite athlete. This is about growth. We talk about diet, health, and how to stay disciplined while enjoying life. If you want to feel better, look better, and move better, you belong here.

Our Next Event: Saturday, May 2nd

If you missed the first one, don't worry. Our next session is going to be big.

  • When: May 2nd @ 9:00 AM - 12 Pm
  • What to expect: A mix of technical learning (mobility/skills) and a high-intensity training session.
  • Cost: Free.
  • What to bring: Plenty of water, your yoga mat, any resistance bands, and light weights and gymnastic rings  if you have them.

Join the Club:
If you want to join us on May 2nd, just shoot me a DM! I’ll send you the exact park location and we can connect directly or check meetup app - Bucks Calisthenics. Looking forward to meeting more of you!

PRN jobs for MLT

I recently moved to the Lansdale area and am looking for work in a medical lab. Anyone know who is hiring? I'm looking for a flexible schedule to accommodate my wife's job and my childcare responsibilities. Thanks in advance for any recommendations!
