Boomer is making it work w/a little less lip!
Boomer (Boom Boom) is missing some parts! He was born w/out a full lip & a severe cleft. He appeared at our farm at about 3months old w/serious neck injury & so very thin. Straight to our vet w/out much hope, but 9 days later we brought him home well on the road to recovery! We thought his mouth was injured along w/wound on his neck, but we learned it was actually a full cleft lip & palate! Our vet said that most cleft kittens don’t make it due to inability to nurse well, but Boomer was a fighter! Hes thriving now on soft food, a safe home & lots of love! I’m so grateful that he found his way to us!
