Overwolrd mob spawn in wither farm

I just made a duplicate world of my multiplayer world into singleplayer cause i want to test if the farm will work(the worries is because i didnt see any wither skeleton in the fortress idk if the game bugging from being updated)

Basically after finishing it, overworld mob spawn and now i cant know if the farm will work please help
