It’s been 3 weeks have been struggling to verify my address, have done identity verification, they said 2-3 business days but it’s far more than that and team isn’t responding to mails.

I'm not sure if I'm the only one facing issues with invisible's support services but I haven't been getting any replies AT ALL and only got my tickets closed with no answers or solutions.

I'm facing issues with address verification and I settled for changing my whole country of residency to my home country since verifying address there would be easier, both the tickets I raised to help with my address issue and the other asking to have my identity and address verifications reset were ignored and closed without any reply from Invisible's team.

I already got invited for a project to work on but I'm not allowed to start working on it until i settle this address verification issue but I'm not getting any help from their supposedly "support" team.

Ridiculous support service honestly at least other competitors give you the curtsey of an automated reply with a brief explanation before closing the ticket lol

I would like to mail the support team for the address verification issue that I am facing. I have mailed to support@meridial.ai but it seems that the email ID is incorrect.

In case someone has the correct mail ID of the support team.. I would like that.

It says my account has been verified. However, it is still under manual review. What is happening? I received an email that I got verified. I was so happy, then when I look at it, still the same,,, what?

I passed the English as well the domain test for a project. It showed "under review" for few days then it vanished suddenly. I was thinking that I will get this project as I passed all the requirements but now it does not show anywhere in the dashboard, not even on "Not selected" section. It does not look good.

I applied to meridial couple days ago and they sent me an email to create an account with them and verify my identity. The second step asks me to do an assessment when I click on it it says I have already completed it. I email their support email and seems on there it comes back with an automated response. Is there an option to contact support where I get help from an actual person?

I've read on this sub that while meridial logs you into multiple projects with no updates, Can one work with multiple projects at the same time with meridial without any limitations?
