I’m 25, UAE-based, EU national, looking to build an investment portfolio from scratch. Need guidance on:

•	Emergency fund strategy (non-UAE account)
•	Long-term investing (stocks/ETFs)
•	Tax-efficient accounts available to expats

1 hour every 2 weeks commitment. I’m serious and will implement what you suggest.

Have you ever been outside in your back yard enjoying peace and quiet? What about thankful when you turn on the tap and it still works? Or when you get a reasonable energy bill from our Illuminating company overlords? Well, data centers could change that and they’re coming to us very, very soon. They use as much power as a large city, same with the water, and they are constantly humming and whirring. One is currently trying to buy land in Perry, and the developer asked to get a 75% tax abatement. It feels wrong, what do you guys think?
