Im a big Claude and Claude code user, and I’ve been looking into Manus a bit but idk much about it, if its any good what its use cases are etc would be great to hear your opinions on it uses where it fits and if its any good. (Right now im on the max claude subscription btw)

Please, can I get a human to help me resolve this credit burning so I can continue to test Manus? I have been working with the support bots for the last four days, and my questions haven't been addressed; they never escalate to a human.

Why such bad customer service for a product with huge potential? This is very unacceptable, especially for how much it costs.

Please, I need someone to check all my support tickets and resolve the credit issue.

Truth is i was rellay like to use the Manus before to design my project, even in a country can’t payment directly. I still find a warmful friend to help subscribe for me.

So i buy the plan with 63,000 points per mo, I thought the points will saved until i runs out. cuz Idk the points will all be cleared at the cycling end. Then the upset thing happened.

My remaining 30,000 points all deleted…but my projects in manus still not finished…cuz their ai support tell me my plan back to free, i have to renew the plan and there is no more talk about my wasted money for the remaining points being cleared.

Then i try to buy any add on points pack to continue…it tells me u have be a paid plan user first….this really ridiculous and annoyed me…

why manus subscription so sucks…!
