I've said before that i took a loan for 10 years and paying 25% off my salary to buy my mt09 gen2 bike on this sub and people always said that it madness and it's stupid and i'v jst got into an accident and it's been really tough to fix my bike my dream and i haven't even gone to the doctor to see if a broke any bones or to stitch my wounds and i don't regret that decision one bit bcs i don't wanna be like this i don't wanna grow old and regret not living my dream i don't want my younger self to cry every night bcs of something else we can't afford i don't mind being stupid but at least i'm happy. If you have something in mind go for it brothers we only live and when fear ends life begins.

Yesterday I finally brought home my 2026 Yamaha MT-09 SP!! This is my third motorcycle, and my very first brand new vehicle. I'm very pleased and very excited!!

I have been looking through others posts on this sub and would love some suggestions of what mods to do!

I currently have, but have yet to install,

- TST Tail tidy

- Yamaha Genuine engine guard

- Yamaha Genuine comfort seat

- Kelpi turn signals

- Womet-Tech (TST) Paddock stand bobbins

- Womet-Tech bar ends

- Womet-Tech front axle sliders

I'd like to get a radiator guard. I found a cheap one on Amazon but it doesn't fit so if anyone has suggestions to one that might fit better, I'm all ears!! Thanks, and ride safe everyone!

Picked up a used 2014 FZ-09 (US). It has a few mods that are obvious. But I’m wondering if anyone might know what I’m looking at here: a clipped wire that’s been taped off. the instrument cluster and all electrical seems intact and basically unmodified. It has LED turn signals that had the hyperflash - I fixed it with an $8 Amazon replacement LED flasher relay.

Anyone got any ideas on this clipped wire?
