Seit dem SU funktioniert alles nur noch mist. Speicherplatz wird knapp und alles was man in die avionik eingegeben hat ist weg. Das Update hat mehr Instabilität reingebracht als es besser zu machen
A small introduction into latest sim update performance on PS5
Career mission.
Btw was able to finish the flight without memory leak (sic!), but sim crashed after leaving the flight
PSVR2 has been running alright on the PS5 Pro (but I’m mostly using the 172 and the Savage Norden for now) but I've been facing some issues, like the Garmin screens are too small and fuzzy to read, and do I have to press and hold the controller to hold the yoke (which is quite straining) or could I just click to 'select' the yoke permanently until I click to release again?
Any other tips for someone new to MSFS in VR but not MSFS itself?
I just couldn't wait any longer for a high fidelity MSFS DC-10 so I thought why wait when I can fly a high quality one right now, albeit in FS2004. I took the leap and sure wasn't dissapointed. The views are so photorealistic and the systems are really well modelled, too, allowing me to apply DC-10 real FCOM proceedures, which has given me great joy.

I'm not quite sure if thats a problem for many, i fly alot in Carreer mode, and everytime I want to fly the A330 the plane crashes for no reason, every single time, either at the gate or while taxing (it was like this even before the update), now, I wanna fly just because and I want to make everything perfect like the flight plan and everything but everything is black and off, even the tablet.
I kinda hope i'm not the only one with this problem, and if there is a solution, please... let me know

Is there a reason no more medium cargo missions are showing up? I get like 1-3 here and there but otherwise none, and it seems like opening more of the map just makes it so the 1-3 missions are more spread around the map.
If there’s nothing I can do, what’s the next best company to buy for money making? I have a 208b as my best plane.

So question, with the airbuses how do I get the plane to descend using auto pilot. I change the altitude on the altitude selector push it in and absolutely nothing happens. I’ll turn the v/s to minus still nothing. Am I missing something pretty obvious?
Anybody knows why do i have my Windshield full of blood stain even with a fresh start? Can you hit birds mid air in this new patch?
So after installing SU5 yesterday I encountered some bugs and problems. As further discussed by other users, I also receive the ‘low memory’ notification upon starting my free flight. At first I didn’t think much of it and actually did a flight on the IniBuilds a330-200.
So a few hours later I wanted to do another flight on the a330-300 this time. I started it up, got the notification again, and suddenly I wasn’t able to select the ‘init request’ button on the FMC INIT page anymore. The option just wasn’t there anymore. As far as I know everything else functions as it should, but you just can’t import your simbrief flightplan.
After some research and bugging about I found out it has to do with the avionics the sim disables to cope with the low memory. I don’t get the notification at the smallest of airports with no city or anything heavy around.. frustratingly..
I wanted to report this bug on the forums but either I’m a complete noob (probably this) or they really removed the ‘new topic’ button on their website. Arghh.
Anyhow. Just venting my frustrations here. I’m sure this’ll get fixed soon, but it’s just annoying.

How it works
The current gameplay loop is:
- Open NarcoSkies in your browser or on your phone
- Receive a mission through the chat/story system
- Fly the route yourself inside MSFS
- Land at the destination
- Open the proof camera
- Take one photo of your sim screen
-The AI checks if the photo matches the mission destination
I-f the proof is accepted, the story continues and the next step unlocks
No plugin installation.
No SimConnect setup.
No constant tracking.
No background recorder.
You fly normally in MSFS, and after landing you prove the result with the browser camera.
How the proof camera works
-After landing, NarcoSkies asks you to take a proof photo directly through the app.
-The AI checks whether the photo visually matches the mission context.
For example, it checks things like:
whether the aircraft appears to be on the ground
whether the environment matches the expected destination
whether the runway / airport surroundings make sense
whether the terrain fits the mission area
whether the proof matches the assigned route
So if the mission ends at a mountain strip in the Alps, the proof photo should visually look like that kind of location.

Cant seem to find a straight answer anywhere, only recently got the game for the psvr, and when flying to superhornet there was an option to engage ‘air to air weapons’ or something like that. Did I read it wrong or is there actually a way to use weapons on some of the planes. Thanks in advance.
So i’m on PS5 and up until todays update, career was relatively fine.
Now for the past roughly 5 hours i’ve been trying to fly. Memory usage causes the plane to not run correctly with all screens going black.

I'm back to simming after a 15 year break. Used to fly PMDG 738 on FSX and now I'm learning the Airbus (FBW).
Why is my top of descent always, always way too late? No matter the route or STAR, it is always calculated as impossibly too late to put into managed mode until the next altitude constraint.
This means I have to either hold/circle, or do an uncomfortable vertical speed.
Help me understand what I'm doing wrong

Have been waiting a long time, but it seems the super heavy cargo certificate is up and running (renamed oversized cargo). Does this mean they have fixed the bugs and the missions are now available in career?
hi, so ive had this issue for a while now. the ground textures are very blurry. ive tried changing TLOD to as high as 250, but textures are still blurry. i couldnt find a fix because they just don't work. i have anisotropic filtering at 16x in both msfs2024 and nvidia control panel. help pls.
