Trying to import a model, i fixed the tex in pmx editor, but when i save it as a new pmx and try to load it, it stays white!!!!! help!

for extra context, the model is japanese i think. it comes with the pmx file, and a textures group thingy. (2nd photo) it has a weird ahh name but i think its cuz my computer aint japanese so it kinda geeks out when it tries to process it. heres what the textures look like. (3rd photo) should i rename that? will it do anything to the model? any help is appreciated smooch
