One surface, two pedals. 15 instruments. Playing this with a guitar/bass duo at an event tomorrow afternoon. Using sticks on the Erae2. Ableton with SD3 straight into a Behringer USB mixer. Two Alesis Strike 12s. Edrumin for the pedals until Enbodme finishes firmware and software upgrades. (I have their beta.) I can list the SD3 presets if anyone is interested.

no new midi controllers with fader/knob setup?

I have been trying to get a controller with 8x faders, 8x knobs+ and buttons. but best to keep at amounts of 8.

now i own several already, and im thinking something along the lines of midimix, nanokontrol, but not such an overkill as apc40, especially since a lot the faders on my old ones have been succesfuly murdered. i know novation has their launch control mk3 out, but honestly as soon as ive heard that they use led diodes on knobs to indicate intensity or position (instead of the at least somewhat reliable individual diodes as akai uses on apc40mk2s, but i guess that costs more money) i was demotivated to try it. the reviews are pretty meh on it. anyway, aside from that and nanokontrol studio there seem to be no new products released in late years?

whats up with that? are there any newer products with similar specs? i dont mind the price, especially if the faders are going to be done well (i can only dream of a midi with replacable faders i guess).

might as well just try and make my own product atp lol

Hi there, I'm wondering if anyone can point me towards any controllers that are only knobs that are relatively inexpensive. I feel like I can find knob only controllers that are >$200, but I can't seem to find any that are less.

I already have an Akai Midimix, but I want more knobs, I don't really need more faders. It's certainly not a pressing issue, I just can't seem to find any alternatives at a similar price point. I'm starting to think that I should look at how to make my own, haha.

Hey guys, I´m looking for a keyboard for practicing because I live with other people and they also play piano and I don´t want to disturb then when I´m playing in the morning etc. I´ve already looked through amazon and the Nektar SE61 looked very promising, can you recommend the SE61 (if not, what else). The keyboard should have a port for the sustain pedal and not less than 61 Keys. (midi controller).
