Is Minecraft v1.17 compatible with Android +12?
Hello community, I need as much help as possible. I'm thoroughly enjoying Minecraft v1.17.41, obviously through an APK, and since my device is Android 11, I have no problems.
My friends want to join me, but they have Android 15 and it's not compatible. I've seen that versions of Craftsman (which are Alpha PE 0.15) make them fully compatible with those devices.
We really want to play this version, but I can't find a way to make the APK compatible for them (it won't let them install it directly, and for one of them, it lets them install but it doesn't get past a black screen).

Minecraft on iOS, old versions
So, I recently found a Minecraft iOS archive and ran some old versions of it.
First, I installed a sideloader called Altstore(which requires a computer), then I installed SideStore, which requires a LocalDevVpn(this is the app name) to install apps and to refresh.
I installed LiveContainer and installed the old versions.

Minecraft bedrock bug
Something started happening out of nowhere: my Minecraft Bedrock Edition won't open anymore. When I try to open it, the game just freezes on a white or black screen for about 2-3 seconds before my PC stops displaying anything. The image freezes and my PC becomes unresponsive; it just stays on a black screen. I've already tried reinstalling, updating drivers, changing how it opens, opening it from the Microsoft Store, updating UWP or something like that, uninstalling and reinstalling Gaming Services, logging back in, using the Windows repair and restore options, and deleting the game folders, but nothing works. I tried using chatgpt, but I think it's too complicated for it. Please, someone help me! 😭 My PC: Ryzen 5 5600g (integrated graphics) 16GB, SSD If I forgot to mention anything, I'll give more details.

Mod recommendations
basically the title I’m new to MCPE but not to Minecraft itself. I played on PlayStation since 1.18 I think and since you can’t get mods on PlayStation I’ve gone a little overboard downloading everything I see I’d like some recommendations of some quality mods because the ones i downloaded are all terrible I’m looking for more adventure styled mods but not overly complicated right now I have aplok guns more simple structures and better biomes

Elytra Help
are there any texture packs that rotate the elytra flying model 90 degrees forwards in multiplayer. I really don't like how the animation looks. the vanilla one is correct just pointing up instead of forwards.

Finally finished my little side project for console players. What do you guys think?
Hi everyone,
I’ve been working on a small tool over the last few weeks to help my friends on Xbox and PlayStation and other devices join our private servers more easily. I was tired of the complicated DNS workarounds and the apps that are usually full of pop-ups and advertising.
I wanted something clean and simple, so I built it myself. It basically works as a local bridge on your phone.
Main things I focused on:
- Keeping it completely clean (no trackers, no monetization).
- Making it easy to see if a server is actually online.
- Supporting multiple ports for home-hosting.
- Absolutly no Ads.
It’s currently in the store under the name "Bedrock Buddy" (the one with the dark icon). I’m not a big studio, just a player trying to make things a bit easier for the community.
If anyone wants to try it out and give me some feedback on how it runs on different devices, I’d really appreciate it!
