Hi, so I always drove a bmw diesel car. I bought a month ago an m235i. I know they re known to be loud engines ( injectors) but im not really sure it should sound like this. ( in this video the sound is not very good tho)

Does anyone have any idea if this is oké or i should worry.

I'm about to swap my M235i to a manual transmission, but I also want to use the e-lsd of the F8X.

In order to get everything working properly, I've to code the 2-channel gear sensor of the M2.

I would try to VO code the car (dme, fem, dsc and so on) and reset the adaptations. Something else I should do?

I also read I've may have to drill another hole into the transmission for the gear sensor when I remember correctly.

Did somebody already did such a swap?

I've found a old thread on a forum, but there's no information about learning/teaching the gear sensor.
