New to Liga MX and blindly picked Chivas as my team but I have questions.

Little background is that I’m American and started learning Spanish about 3 months ago. In order to hear the language more I started watching Liga MX and have had a lot of fun watching the games.

What I’m asking is does anyone have comparisons of Liga teams to NFL (American football) teams?

I suspect Chivas would be similar to the Cowboys which isn’t ideal. The only other two teams I considered bandwagoning on were Toluca and Tigres. Hope this sparks a fun conversation!
