Lana did a live performance in nyc in summer 2006, possibly July or August. this was during her may jailer / Lizzie grant era. Lana had some demo cds. she sang with another girl (a blond teenager) who also played piano (maybe a keyboard?) while they performed. the girl was her friend and they did a bunch of songs Lana wrote. I believe Lana was the original performer of the night and the friend joined from the crowd. they performed for a few hours to a full audience but I'm not sure Lana was actually advertised specifically or if it was more of an open mic situation they basically took over. anyone have videos or details about this show? I can’t find anything online about it but am positive it happened. 💕
