It’s a sportsman’s warehouse exclusive. Picked it up for 1,300 after sale + mil discount. Love her dearly. As someone who regularly backstabs guns at pawn shops and tx gun trader, she is sacred.

AR-15 Rifle Build Projects - Mockups & Parts List

Here is a mockup of the two AR-15 builds that I have been working on for a while. Both rifles are multi-year projects, but I'm hoping to have them both set up as shown below by the end of the year. I just need the optics to finish the LWRC IC SPR. I still need the upper from Thoroughbred Armament and an OCM6 to finish the Gordon carbine. Full parts list below. Let me know your thoughts.

LWRC IC SPR

She's a bit heavy, but she's still beautiful.

I posted my digital mockup in an earlier post, but here is an actual pic of the LWRC IC SPR in its current form. I've had it for over 10 years and shot thousands of rounds through it, and it has never had a malfunction that wasn't my fault. Eventually I will replace the Aimpoint Pro with a T2 and Juliet 4 magnifier.

IC-DI 9mm conversion

I recently did a PCSL 2-gun competition and it was awesome! But .223 is costly enough for me to just want to run 9mm for competition.

I tried doing some research on 9mm conversions in general but found most info was old, items were out of stock (Aero is now defunkt?) and info was all over the place.

Anyone have leads on how to convert a milspec AR (I have the IC-DI) to a 9mm PCC? I assumed a full upper swap was all that was necessary, but without Aero available I am at a loss.

Why not LWRC?

I am a big fan of this brand and others as well. When I watch the reviews of the most popular brands out on the flooded market, I find it surprising to me that this brand is left out of most conversations for consideration of one of the finest on the market. I find these as amazing for the features and quality for the money. Is there something I am missing as to why?
